I am a Chipotle fan. I’ve been to probably around 20 locations over the past few years. This location has to be the worst I’ve experienced at a Chipotle, unfortunately. As I always do, I placed my order via the App. Arrived at the store and couldn’t help but notice how dirty the place was. I picked up the food and headed home. The amount of chicken was MUCH LESS than what is usually in the bowl when ordered from other locations. To make matters worse, the guacamole had a bad taste (like it was spoiled or something). I called the store to let them know & politely asked for a refund for just the guacamole added charge. Was rudely told that I have to request the refund on the App since I ordered on the App and that there was nothing they could do for me. I do recommend Chipotle, but I also recommend you avoid this particular location.
This is the closest Chipotle to my house and I go here several times a month. I have had a very bad experience with this location. Not only are they always out of things but they also serve super small portions of food. The last time I was there the lady gave me half a scoop of guac. Today I decided to order online for pick up and this is what I got. Very disappointing.
The worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. Ordered a chicken quesadilla via the mobile app and had to wait over ten minutes past estimated pick up time. I did not mind as they seemed busy back there with to-go orders. However, when I get home I could not believe what was in my bag. A PLAIN cheese quesadilla with a SIDE of chicken. There is zero logic in this order. I tried putting chicken in my own quesadilla, but there was not enough chicken to even fill the quesadilla. I also ordered a side of guac and it was only half full. I should have read the reviews before visiting this location.
I love Chipotle - I hate this location. It's down right disgusting, and it's such a shame. I was a Supervisor at a Chipotle after college (in another state) and there was no way my staff would have allowed the restaurant to be run like this. I would be ashamed to work here. This place is always nasty, with garbage cans overflowing (and stinking up the place), the dining room tables are filthy. The drink station is filthy. The floors are filthy. The assembly lines and cash register areas, also filthy.Speaking of the line, they're always out of everything, and the dirty dishes are piled up to the ceiling in the kitchen in plain view of the customer.They also don't know how to correctly portion the food. If you aren't vigilant and speak up you'll get less than you should - they probably under-portion because their kitchen is so slow at keeping up.I can't imagine why there's no accountability from management or corporate here.
I went in and the kid behind counter barely put enough rice so I have to keep asking for more ingredients, then got pork and chicken, after his underwhelming amount I asked for double where he put maybe a qtr scoop of chicken and one piece of pork. Then proceeds to say double on all meats and price is over $20 for just the bowl. I was like I might as well get a whole different bowl because I wouldn’t constitute that as dbl meat and I’m definitely not paying $20 for it. She throws it away and then there’s no more pork so I just walked out. Give dbl meat if you charge for it.
Absolutely the worst Chipotle ever! Look up! Look around! Take pride in where you work. This is unacceptable and absolutely filthy. Several employees behind the counter and not one can walk around and clean?! Not ok!! I’m appalled! Where is corporate on all these bad reviews? Get it together!! I’m embarrassed for you!
This location sucks. I love Chipotle, but this location is one if the worst in the Tampa area. My most recent order from there came... Half full. Just unacceptable. If it were a one time occurrence I wouldn't mind to much, but this happens all the time. Don't order from here, I will stop.
First off what company DOESN’T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT ALL?!?!?! Red Flag there. Absolutely No Way to talk to the store at all! You SCREW UP PEOPLES ORDERS AND CHARGE THEM AND OFFER NO WAY TO GET A REFUND or the replacement of their item and offer chips for the food they didn’t get!! Oh wonder your reviews are terrible!! The last time dealing with this company!! WELCOME TO MOE’S where the food is far better anyway!!
Great service and quick process. Meat and flavor is not what it used to be. I was hungry and ended up throwing my burrito. Wish they could go back to the old times. Food quality and flavor might be organic but the taste is grade F.
I wish I can just leave 0 stars….This is the third time I go to this Chipotle and have the same experience. Employees are rude and careless. They are disgusting when it come to keep this place clean. Grill is dirty, employees on their phones, food all over and mix with another. I don’t understand how people can eat looking at that mess. This time I made sure to recorded, take pics and also took the time to ask for the manager. He took 5 minutes to come outside and didn’t bother to ask me anything,he just approached us smiling like it was something funny. Even after explaining to him how people can get sick like that, he still was smiling and said nothing.I hate to complain, but someone needs to come and do better managing in this place.???
