By far the worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. Ordered sandwiches and food for me and a few co workers, get back to work and both the sandwiches I ordered weren't in the bag. Drive all the way back and spend my entire lunch hour ordering and waiting on food. They than knock my sandwich on the floor so have to wait for them to remake the sandwich. Offered no compensation for spending my entire lunch break there. Didn't even offer to give me some of my money back or drink. I know my company tends to cater order for Saturdays through them. May suggest to go elsewhere.

Writing this from a fellow restaurant owner. Just cause you have a lot of people working doesn’t mean better customer service. Too much over head and not enough people working together and communicating. Never gives receipts in drive through and when I had an issue with my food I came inside, manager Stewart ask me for my receipt and gets angry when I don’t have one. More than likely the girl outside supposed to give me a receipt was too busy texting at the podium. If the franchise owner is reading this please fix this location, barely anyone sitting inside but a bunch people waiting. They need to be more money efficient.

Chick-fil-A really has great customer service. But I've never had better customer service than I did at this Chick-fil-A.The staff went beyond my expectations which made me feel like an important customer.And of course my meal was delicious and satisfying. I enjoyed my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, waffle fries and cookies and cream milkshake.

Very disappointed.in this location. Just like 95% of people, I love Chick-fil-A, they have my favorite chicken sandwich. Yesterday I went in for lunch and order a chicken sandwich meal and an extra sandwich. I asked for extra pickle and for the chicken to be fried well (I love that extra crispiness and the flavor, weirdly, I am not much a fan of their sandwich otherwise). I was told by the manager that "no", they could not make my sandwich "well done". I started laughing thinking she was pulling my leg but no, she really meant "no". She explained they could only cook their sandwiches to "specifications". I found this very odd, I have order my sandwiches like this for 15+ years and never once been told "no". I pushed a little and said as.a.customer, I am requesting my food the way I like it but she still refused citing she could show me the manual and a full paragraph of why they wouldn't accept my request I am not comfortable with confrontation so I just accepted her refusal and paid for my purchase. When I got to my car, I took a bite and just wasn't happy with the flavor.. it wasn't the sandwich I have become accustomed to... and guess what? no extra pickles either LOL. I literally have my food away to a man on the corner of SR 56 and Bruce B Down. I won't be coming back to this location... as if Chick-fil-A actually care about 1 single customer... however, Instill will be avoiding this store

Past few times was good. They move fast and the order correct. This past week though, my sandwich was cold, 2 bites into my chicken egg and cheese sandwich, and the chicken was done, so I guess I got a dry, cold chicken nugget in my sandwich? I still had 3/4 of a sandwich left. For the price I paid and the product, or lack thereof I got, I'll take my food choices elsewhere.Thanks

Great food but extremely busy!!! I wound up waiting over 15 min for a salad. They staff is very dedicated and considerate. They try hard to keep things moving and clean up along the way. Other than the wait, this is a good Chick-fil-A to check out!

This has got to be the only Chick-fil-A that opens at 6:30….they don’t have their hours posted in the door like every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Update: went back today…got the thinnest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen….this Chick-fil-A Cypress Creek Town Center really need new management or something….

I typically love Chick Fil A and order from them on a consistent basis. I am now upset because I just ordered my food using the app and got him and I am MISSING FOOD from my order. This is terrible— I have ordered and paid for food that I did not receive. There is no way for me to report that they missed my food and get my money back because they made the mistake. Now I am home so I would have to get back in my car and drive to get my missing food. That is ridiculous because their drive thru messed up. Do better Chick Fil A— you have made me really upset. Get better staff to work for you.

Terrible. It was reasonably quick but no straws for 4 drinks AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY WAFFLE FRIES!!! The fries were the one thing I was craving. Tried to call to let them know but good luck w that. Just a busy signal. If you want to pay for food you don't get and have to drink your foundation drink without a straw this is your place!

The food here is fresh and on point for the most part however this chick fil a gets one star because some of the employees there need an attitude adjustment and simple need to be taught some manners. I recently went to this location this evening and before ordering food, this young lady in line at the drive thru in front of me ordered her food. After she finished the employee that took her order proceeded to make some harsh and rude unnecessary remarks over the mic completely unaware that I won’t repeat. If this is the kind of employees that will continued to be hired to work at this location I will take my business else where from now on. Shame on you Chick fil a!
