Terrible experience, we ordered two whoppers, two ice creams, and some fries and it took twenty minutes to get our food in the drive thru, there was absolutely no reason for this because there were only two cars in front of us who didn't order massive amounts of food, no customers in the store, and two employees. The only explanation is lazy customers service.
Another order gone wrong, didn’t get 1/2 our order right. The person repeated what we wanted and rushed us thru but rang it up wrong! I grew up eating BK since I was really young and prefer them over MxDonalds . It’s getting harder and harder for me to support them in days like this. Yes I get the whole shortage on employees but why aren’t managers stepping up to make sure things like this happen less… Come on BK I’m still cheering for you , get your act together! Photos of inedible wilted lettuce.
Worst experience in customer service of my life the Night shift manager that works there absolutely doesn’t know how to accommodate customers. I placed an online order for a T-Mobile Tuesday redemption and showed her that I placed the online order through the mobile app because she couldn’t see it on her and she refused to allow me to redeem the reward even though she could clearly see it on my phone she is unwilling to accommodate a customer even if she has proof staring her right in the face worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life
Just showed up at 11:55 and was told they were closed. Ask what time they close I said 12:00 but they had no customer so they close 5 minutes early which is exactly when I showed up. If they say they close at 12:00 that means they close at 12:00 the staff was rude about it and ignored me three times when I asked in the Drive-Thru what time they closed
I drove up to the drive thru speaker and advised the cashier I had a coupon for 2 whopper meals for $8.99. The cashier said okay and took my order. Once I arrived to the window I was given a total of $13.55 and was told the coupon was expired. I reviewed the coupon and it did not expire until May 1, 2022. The cashier said they can not honor the coupon and there was nothing she can do to accommodate the order. Between going back and forth and trying to get an understanding of why if I have a valid coupon can I not use it my food got cold, my drink was watery, and my fries were soggy. This was by far the worse restaurant experience ever. The cashier who said she was also the manager Stefanie, did not value my business. She repeatedly said there is nothing she can do and as a manager I believe that there was something she could’ve done. As a customer, my time was wasted, my money was wasted, and I was very unhappy with this experience. I will not recommend Burger King on Van Dyke to anyone.
Has the worst customers errands ever! The manager Sarah was not pleasant at all very unfriendly told me because nobody offered to take the cold out the window her even asked that I had to give it prior to check out and they wouldn’t take the call D1 offer me anything and told me that I could apply to their very poor management very sad customer service after waiting 45 minutes and wine that’s ridiculous I will no longer come to this Burger King try to get multiple chances and this is the last straw
Manager was rude and very slow, two cars ahead and took FOREVER as if they took their time and had no sense of urgency or care for anyone else’s time.. everyone seems like they have the hardest job in the world. It shouldn’t be this difficult to fulfill customers orders how they ordered. Horrible location, needs a whole new team. I asked for a well done whopper since I am pregnant and as the kid handed the food my husband asked if its well done? And he said yes, as I got home my meat was actually undercooked! Are they trying ti get me and my baby sick? Never again.
So apparently even though google says you are open till 12am we waited in the drivethrough on wednesday 12/22 for 30 minutes along with 2 other cars? ( we got there at 11pm) The outside lights were off but when we pulled around to the side, there WAS someone inside. If there is 1 person at least limit the menu or SOMETHING and not just sit there and ignore people. Also this has happened before and we tried to call but the line was busy ?
While we were there they closed the lobby due to lack of employees to keep up with the lobby. The problem was they didn't post any signs and people were coming up and rattling the doors. While I understand the problem i feel it is bad customer swevice. How much harder would it be to post a sign Lobby temporally closed sorry for the inconvenience.
Got there at 11 and waited until 11:30, employee inside didn't so much as look at the 3 cars in the drive thru or atleast tell them she wasn't able to cook. Tried calling the store but the lines were busy/off the hook. Check your employees
