The environment and waiter/waitress service was amazing each on their own deserve a star. Although wonderfully plated, the food was alright but overpriced for the mediocre quality. Two of the dishes my family received weren’t done correctly and they had to be changed. The desert and appetizers were yummy but the whole experience was overall just ok and overpriced. I don’t think i’d return unless absolutely necessary.
The customer service was wonderful! The host was welcoming and patient. He assisted me with directions on the phone as my GPS put me in the general area but not quite at the restaurant. Something is off with the location on Google Maps for this destination BTW. Our server was great! She was kind and pleasant. The seafood was delicious, warm and fresh! The entrees were a bit small but the starters and dessert potions were nicely sized. The ambience is clean, comforatable and nice. Great place to dine overall!
Excellent experience at this Bonefish location. The service we had was impeccable. Jade and a man who’s name I can’t recall were absolutely on point. They were warn, friendly and interactive. They knew we were there for a celebration of life and really went the extra mile. You both made our experience very joyful and I sincerely thank you! The atmosphere is fantastic. The decor is sleek, modern and inviting creating a sophisticated dining ambience. Carrot cake desert surprisingly awesome.
We had a reservation for lunch on a Sunday and it was perfect. Restaurant was not crowded, service was good, and meal was delicious!
Went last night for dinner and was disappointed. The crab on my fish was smelly. The fish was pretty good. My wife's seared ahi tuna was better. Bonefish is as chain a restaurant as they come, like Olive Garden. You know what you are going to get from them, quality and taste wise, it's generally OK. Not amazing, but that's what you expect from a chain restaurant. It just depends what line cook is working that night, no chefs involved, all the dishes are designed and planned at the corporate office, and thrown out at high speeds by the line cooks. It's a solid 3.5 out of 5.

Our server was friendly and, at first attentive. Once she took our order we didn't see her again and had to flag her down. She said "oh, how is everything?". My friend ordered a glass of wine and I asked for coleslaw dressing as all the served was a bowl of cabbage. She came back with the wine and immediately spun around to the table behind her, set down their drink and scurried off. We didn't see her until 15 minutes after we finished eating. I asked for the check, she asked if we wanted to dessert. Um, no, I want the check. Took 5 minutes to get the check and then another 10 minutes for her to get the credit card and return it. Sat around twiddling our thumbs for 30 minutes total. BTW - we went late afternoon and the restaurant was not busy....
I have always loved this restaurant. Anyone who knowsthis location knows they moved from Bruce B Downs tohere. Tonight I met my parents and brother after a longday. We were told the wait would be 50 mins. On a busySaturday night I get it. So we waited. Over an hour latermy phone was paged and we got a table. Our waitresswas Amazing. This review is not about her. My momand I both ordered the Mahi. Mine as you can see in thephoto which took another hour to get was so undercooked I couldn't eat. I tried to pick around it andcouldn't. My moms was so over cooked it was almostburnt. We ordered the same dish! When the waitressrealized she said she would get a manager. She cameback and told us they were too busy to visit the table.What?! The manager was too busy to come see theunder cooked fish they just served someone?Something that could have made us sick? Wow!! This isdefiantly not a location I will be visiting again. Too bad the service was great and the location was just right. I will drive farther to get food that is actually edible andmanager who care.
Terrible take out! The service was good. Someone came out to curbside right when we pulled up and he was very pleasant but the food was not good at all. The fish was dry as a bone. I had to keep drinking water after each bite. The shrimp were overcooked. The broccoli had zero flavor. I'd expect for the amount of money we spent that we'd get top notch food. I mean at the very least properly cooked. But alas that is far from the case. Won't be returning anytime soon. .
