Jay was an outstanding server.
Made a reservation for 730 still had to wait 45 minutes. Then was taken back to our table to be told sorry wait itâs not ready then walked back to the front then back to our table and told to wait yet again!!!! We were ready to go but it was my sons bday and he wanted to wait. Eventually we got to our table and got our food. And took 30 minutes to get our check. Lol lots and lots of waiting!
This BJâs in Wesley Chapel is exceptional with service and consistency of the food. Any hiccups will be taken care of immediately by the manager on duty. We credit BJâs having menu choices available to meet anyoneâs nutritional requirements Weight Watchers, Keto, and everything in between. Of course if they eliminate the great IPA Hopstorm this review may have turned for the worse. lol.
Dirty floors not only under our table, but all around us
Soup was Luke warm, Wedge salad was awful maybe 2 pieces of bacon, no tomatoes. Doused full of dressing one little chunk of blue cheese Took forever to get drinks probably not the servers fault. We frequent this restaurant many times and this was a bad experience. UPDATE: To Be fair we went back to BJ's at Wesley Chapel on 7-30-22 The service, food and drink order was excellent and on time and food was hot.
Great service, tasty food and good beer!
Arrive 5 minutes before my reservation and my table was ready in a couple of minutes. Food and service was amazing! I will become a regular.
Our server, Leduan, was great - we will ask for him next time we go.
We were seated immediately. Location under an AC duct so a bit cold. Glad I had my sweater. Will ask for a booth next time. Service was great. Nod to Rachael.
Their pizza is my absolute favorite. I ordered take out tonight since I was in the area(live about 45 minutes away). I did car side. They brought out the food and I immediately noticed one of the pizzas was missing. I let her know the vegetarian pizza was the one missing. She went in and immediately came back immediately with a pizza. She left and I opened the box. It was not a vegetarian but an exact pizza of the one I already had. I went in and tried to explain to the girl at the counter. She went to the back and came back to speak to me and stated I ordered a bj’s special but they are making the veggie. I attempted to point out to her that I did in fact orders bj’s special but also a veggie with no tomatoes or olives, but she wouldn’t even look at the receipt. I stated to her that it wasn’t fair that I would be waiting another 15 minutes as my other food sat in the car getting cold. She stated that it wouldn’t take 15 minutes. At 10 minutes I went back in. She went to the back and came back out and said they were getting it now. Another 9 minutes goes by and someone brings it out. A manager(I assume) was at the counter right before it was brought out asking why so many people were waiting. I let her know my situation. All she did was look at the girl at the counter and ask why she wasn’t told about what was going on. I’m glad I got my pizza and the rest of my food but I just didn’t like how the whole situation played out. I go to BJ’s in Lutz every time we go to the area. Poor customer service tonight…
