I would give zero. Is this place going out of business? We have been coming here for a while. The bartender is pretty good, but tonight, terrible unseasoned wings. They were out of the 1st flavor. I asked for a basket of Curley fries seasoned, No we’re out of Curley fries, The waitress had no idea what to season the fries with. I had ordered another beer and was 1/4 of the way through my meal before it came. I ordered wings, and this place had NO BLUE CHEESE. The final icing on the top of the cake the waitress took my plate away while I was eating my last wing…. I won’t be back and I’ll be deleting my tracking app.
80% of these reviews are fake. Management would make the girls call their family and friends for 5 star reviews when I worked there. If the reviews were accurate, it’d be nowhere near 4 stars.
Sarah the bartender is the best! She took care of my wife and i and we both wanted to do review for her. Andre serves great food too!
Im pregnant first off so I was very upset . I went inside to sit and eat and was rushing so had my order to go. My order was not up to par but when I called in about it they fixed the issue immediately and even drove to me to deliver my replacement order with no hesitation or problems. This was my first time ever eating from there so I’m very satisfied with the outcome and will definitely be eating there again just because of the respect the staff members gave me and doing whatever they could to resolve my issue..
I went to the Lutz location on 41 and the service and food was outstanding! Madeleine was my server and she was very helpful and extremely timely. The service was quick and Ray, the manager, even checked on our table twice. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back!
I will NEVER return here. I was charged for EVERY iced tea refill I drank. When I questioned it the young lady waiting on me consulted a man out of earshot, and returned to table and to me was policy. Came to $16 for 1/2 Cuban and a bowl of soup. I frequent Beef O'Brady locations often for lunch. First time for this any where. I will NEVER return to this location.

I've had issues at this location with service but decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised with this last visit. Jillian greeted us immediately and was quick with refills, very personable and very knowledgeable. Our food came out quick and was perfect. I will definitely be back.
I went the other day and had a lovely experience! It was my first time at this location and my server, Gilliyn was beyond helpful and very well mannered. The hospitality was greatly appreciated! Will definitely come again might be my new favorite location. A very welcoming environment!
I always have good experiences at this location. The crew here never lets me down. My waiters are always nice, the cooks are always on time, and this place is so full of life, fun, and delicious food. Thank you to all!
