Don’t go here when there are so many other options around to choose from! The advertised flavors are not available. And a double scoop that doesn’t even fill up half of the cup for 4.00 is a total rip off. Disappointing! I won’t be back.
There are 3 Baskin Robbins within about 7 miles of my home. I almost always visit this location because it's 24 hours but mostly because they're one of the few that actually has the ice cream I want. The other night I went to a different location on my way home and when I got there their microphone was broken and they couldn't make any milkshakes (the one thing I wanted). Normally I would just give up and go home, but that day my dad was home sick and recovering from surgery so I wanted to cheer him up.I drove another 20 minutes to get to this BR location, but when I got there the employee working drive-thru told me they had just taken down the milkshake machine for cleaning. I was so disappointed and made it known when I responded to him. But to my surprise he told me to hold on a minute, and when he got back he told me they would clean up the machine real quick to make my order! I ended up not only getting the food I wanted but had a small moment of humanity with this employee. My disappointing, frustrating, and bad day had become joyous and compassionate.I know ice cream isn't really important (and this is a long review) but from someone that has struggled recently this brief moment of compassion changed my entire disposition, and gave me something positive to share with my family. Thanks milkshake man! You fulfilled my peanut butter dreams and put a smile on my face during these difficult times.
This place is in poor condition, so dirty the employees without uniform and during working hours were smoking the damaged refrigerators with water everywhere ... and the drinks were cappuccino coffee all totally cold and without sugarnothing was fresh. I am sorry to tell you but this site urgently needs a good manager.
Dining room was closed and they were out of almost every flavor. More like 10 flavors than 31 flavors.
Always closing soooooo early for no reason. Also went an hour and a half before close and had no donuts.
Went at 7:30 pm as it showed it was open online. When I pulled up the worker had the open sign off while his friends where in the store hanging out and wrestling. Did not feel safe going into store with my child for a place that is considered a family-friendly environment.
Ordered a waffle cone. No gloves or napkins were used. Drive thru register barehanded the cone to me. Gross. No masks either.
The service is so bad they are very mean people and they have attitude, no body care about the service or the don't care about cleaning and you can guess what gonna be the quality of the food and the drive thru is nightmare
The supervisor there was rude. Flinging my order just because I was trying to tell her that part of the order was refunded and new order done and she needed to take out the wrong part. Wish that I recorded this but it happened at around 9:21 am on 10/28/21 order #651 and 654 if someone wants to check the security camera. Very disappointed!!!
Baskin Robbins wasn't that good. 1) they had all the flavors mixed up and the employees couldn't tell which flavor was which. 2) they were putting the ice cream into the wrong cup. I mean people were leaving the drive through. They didn't even get my order right. people started to leave the drive through. It was also messy.
