inside not open drive thru serves a car about every 10 minutes if your lucky when the line gets to long they just tell everyone their systems down and clear the drive thru terrible place. SMH
Terrible ! The store was closed for interior dining because of lack of employees.They terribly mixed up our order. They reversed the garnishments on the burgers. We each had to disassemble our burgers and swap the interior parts. How can they mix all that up there were only two of us? Do they do this on purpose for fun ? Never going back here again. What a stupid place of business !
Drive thru takes a very long time to get the food out. A second window would do them some good. Service with a smile would be nice as well.
Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and the line did not move. Decided to go and do the simple solution of ordering inside but alas the dinning room and is closed. If the location could handle the drive thru well this wouldn’t be an issue but needless to say I unfortunately won’t be back
I could not believe how horribly I was just treated by an employee there with short green dreadlocks , she told me she had every right to have any kind of attitude and she didn’t care about anything.I just asked a simple question if they had ranch dipping sauce and she refused to answer me so when I asked her a third time she was very nasty so I told her it would be much better if she took pride at her work but she didn’t care she was very unprofessional and rude
Kelvin and Chester validated why these hospitality workers deserve more money…They were very professional and courteous… order was completely accurate and fresh…one of the best experiences I’ve had at this particular store…
They are terrible definitely not serving quality, I asked for 1 burger and they couldn’t even get that right after waiting for 15 minutes in the drive trough, don’t waste your time go elsewhere you’ll be much happier and probably actually get to eat your dinner instead of like me throwing it away.
Morgan took our order...we hear her saying that she is pissed as she looks at the cooks so I ask her if it's not a good time to be here amd she responded "it's never a good time to be here"....WOW
Now this was a great Wendy's! The staff was quick and helpful when they saw how many bags and sodas I had to carry. The order was accurate and the food hot and yummy. The Asiago club with spicy chicken was amazing. I wish this was my normal Wendy's; I'd probably go more.
In and out. Consistent. Good staff.
