Seated and waiting for waitress, she was stuck at the register. We asked another waitress if we could get drinks or order, and she yelled at the other waitress who then yelled at us…so we left.I prefer to NOT eat at a restaurant where the waitress yells at us. Sad thing is we eat there often, but NOT any longer.Had a great breakfast down the street at Old Time Diner.

Our waitress Rhonda was awesome and breakfast was fast and great! Also the staff was working hard our keeping the entire building and inside spotless!!

The waitress was awful. The manager i guess thats who he was we told him how bad she was. She let food slide off the dishes for the table next to us so it had to be remade. Never came back to ask if we want more coffee. I worked waffle house back in the 80's and by gosh that never would happen. You have to have a bit of gitty up go to do that job. Bad attitudes do not belong in this business. We we there wed. Jan. 3rd
Night crew is awesome. Lovely team , they work together and you can tell they care about everyone who walks in the door . Eating here again! Worth the drive .
I love Waffle House, but this one is very 50-50. You might get what you order, maybe not. You might get service, but then again, maybe not. You might get toast, or charcoal. I have had good experiences here, but also lousy ones.
The last 3 times we’ve been to the silver lakes location the bacon has tasted horrible , burnt and dry . The 2 waitresses this visit were more into 2 young men whom were cursing very loudly (I had my daughter with me) that were at the bar that I went my entire visit without a refill (while eating she asked what I had to drink but never brought the refill) it was until we paid our ticket and asked for a to go drink that I was able to get a refill
