It had been a few years since I had eaten here. This place does not disappoint!I came for a late lunch, and our server, Autumn, was wonderful. After inquiring if the chicken salad had onions, I chose one of the specials, a blackened salmon with vegetables over rice.Everything was as delicious and fresh as I remembered!Lunch, including a delicious cheesecake and mango ale was $40, including tax and tip.One thing about this restaurant that is worth mentioning is that it closes at 7 pm, even on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Excellent food quality, atmosphere, & service. Always a phenomenal place to enjoy a relaxing dining experience. We have enjoyed lunch here several times and always leave feeling full and satisfied.

January 2020, we took out of town business guests to what was, at the time, a favorite. There were eight of us. Upon arrival we were told they could not accommodate us; that their maximum party size was six. We told them we would gladly separate and eat at two separate tables as two parties of four. They still declined us. When we asked why, we were told, “Because you know each other and you’ll be visiting each other’s table.” Although we thought this to be rather ridiculous, we told them to seat us on opposite ends of the restaurant. They STILL declined and caused us some embarrassment with our out of town business guests. Needless to say, we have never been back, nor will we. At least I won’t. I don’t know where the management learned their business practices, but when a customer is willing to bend over backwards to accommodate you and you still embarrass them in front of their guests, that’s a problem. Due to debating and COVID, I’ve waited this long to post this review, but I’ve never forgotten, nor will I.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice evening with great ambience, fabulous service, and delicious food. She had the rib eye steak and I had lobster. We shared a cheesecake dessert. Dinner was pricey but worth it.

Expectations were not disappointed. Limited menu but a diverse selections for dinner. Dinner menu did not offer light fare. The presentation was 5+. The butter than accompanied the twin lobster tails had herbs designed to resemble a palm tree. It was a wow. The fish choices were outstanding adorned with eatable flowers. Prime rib was generous. All agreed the sides were equally as good as the main choice. Would absolutely recommend and will return.

Had the blue hush puppies snd fried green tomatoes to start with good table reviews by all. The chicken sandwich was very messy and came apart after a couple of bits. Taste was good but too messy.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Turners. Jill, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable; moreover, the atmosphere is wonderful! Make sure you call and reserve ahead of time as that assures a table; however, the bar is walk-in friendly and you may order food along with your drinks. We started with the triple butter hush puppies, which were absolutely delicious - especially the sorghum butter. I also had the “bee-line” cocktail which was very refreshing! The pretzel bread with infused olive oil and vinaigrette provided with your meal disappeared quickly (It’s very good). For my entree I went with the Steak + Egg - it was very flavorful and was well complimented by the grits and spinach.Remember this is a quality over quantity establishment. Allow the staff ample time to work their magic - you won’t be disappointed !

We came to eat on a Saturday and to our surprise, it was prime rib night. We all ordered it. Unfortunately our amazing server, Brittney came to tell us prime rib was sold out. We were sad, but clearly she doesn’t control the quantity of prime rib the have on hand so we all chose something else. We ended up with scallops, New York strip, and salmon between us and it was delicious. Unfortunately the table across from us wasn’t so kind. Not only did they make a scene, they called our server names. Thankfully they were asked to leave. If you can’t be nice, stay home. Servers don’t get paid enough to deal with your childish behavior.

We went for the prime rib. We were served quickly. And then service went down hill. We had asked for more butter. We NEVER saw a waitress until we finally flagged down the hostess. We had wanted some water and coffee and maybe dessert. Service was horrible. As for dinner: you get a half a pretzel stick each for bread. They are good. The prime rib was cooked the way we asked and it was ok. There were three rather large potatoes and brussel sprouts. Nothing I would write up as exceptional. We will not be going back.
