Appetizer took 25min for the cheese pie. The chicken piccata was oily and bland. They were short staffed hostess was the food runner and waitress. Would not recommend.
They must have got a different cook, we always go there on special occasions and it's always very good. On this visit the food was not up to par. We will return to try again because we really love this place.
Well I have to say went to dinner with a friend around 6:00 pm it didn't appear to be busy and we were served drinks right away ... Then ordered our food, and had bread delivered then our meals and took literally 1 bite of food my friend 2 bites and I signaled the server to ask for more napkins and she ask if I needed a box.. I starred at her dumbfounded honestly.. so my recommendation is doing what I saw others do when we did leave and stood in parking lot discussing the horrible service.. and that's order for PICKUP ONLY because the food was GREAT I had Veal Marsala and she had Penne pasta.. both were cooked to perfection as they say.. but the server we had... Left alit to be desired...
Food was Plentiful and Good. They were not busy at the time only 1 couple when we walked in. Waited 15 minutes for our waitress then 10 minutes for our drinks, service didn't get any better.
Been going here for a couple of years this was the worst experience we've ever had there the Gyros for overcooked and the squid was overcooked and like rubber I doubt if we will go back there
It was fantastic. Service and food were awesome! First time I have ever liked grape leaves at any Greek restaurant. Mousaka and spanakopita left me speechless . Amazing! Beyond that my server was excellent !
This was my first time going to Takis and the food was really good ? I had lasagna which was really good and my mom had the chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and she said it was really good. They also have pizza, subs, pitas,Gyro's, Calzones. I will definitely come back to this restaurant ❤️
They really have no idea how to cook a cheesesteak, I DON’T recommend ordering it.The steak was completely dry, and they didn’t melt any cheese over it. The only cheese to be found was a tiny dab of mozzarella on the bread under the cheese, which the waitress made me dig through with a fork.
We were visiting Leesburg on vacation and found Takis. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and thanked us for the business. We brought the food back to our hotel and everything was delicious. We ordered the gyro pita, chicken souvlaki, spanakopita and cheeseburger platter. We were very happy. I may stop back in before we head home. Thank you ?
There were 15 of us, waitress did a great job serving us, never a lag in service. Calzone was the best we have ever had, medium one is more than enough for 2, small would be fine. Lots of different items ordered, everyone was pleased with their meal. Hoping to go back.
