I went in yesterday to place my order and a manager and an employee told me the systems were down due to the weather. Okay thats fine only to find out they were just lazy. A regular comes in and the employee asks do we take his order and the manager said yes . GURL if you didn’t want to take my order why work there . Then proceeded to help the family that walked in behind them to . Ouh so systems were down when we walked in but not your regulars? Lol sounds like if you didn’t want to work you should have called out . Horrible customer service and experience.
General Manager needs to be demoted. Witnesses employees being unprofessional and doesn’t want to be bothered to correct them. Lazy atmosphere.
We have been by this location twice to get breakfast. Both times it was dark and closed. If you don’t have the staff, put up signs and let customers know. Frustrating.
I was going to purchase crunchy tacos priced at 1.59 according to the menu online. If you go to the store it's priced at 1.99. They want you to order using a machine etc. Ne customer service and pay more.when I asked about it she said I could set down and order by phone and get cheaper price. THATS MESSED UP. WONT BE BUYING THERE.
Always closing an hour or two ahead of their time on their website. Rude employees overprice food. Portions smaller than what a regular Taco Bell carries
I dread having to stop by the Taco Bell the that skimps one the food , Right before you pay they ask “ Double the Beef” for 50Cents . You know your gonna be robbed .
Any good review you see about this taco bell was probably posted by the owner or their friends. It is terrible. I will never eat here again. We ordered the pinto beans and the bean burritos but the burrito was cold and they had no forks or spoons to eat the beans with. The taco bell in Bushnell was no better. Wealthy investors buy these franchises and then stick unqualified employees in them to run them. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS by not patronizing them. Go to a mom and pop restaurant where someone cares about their product and service.
Usually great burritos but their chicken quesadilla was so flat with no flavor or chicken. If I pay almost $9 for a meal I should get a good filled quesadilla with chicken.
The girl at the drive thru was nasty tut o customers, we were sitting inside while she was making fun of people and being rude to customers. Not cool at all.....
I had a steak chalupa for 1st time, steak was flavorful yet barely warm. The stale shell really ruined it though.
