i always usually have amazing service but today it wasn’t so great. cody didn’t seem too happy. like he seemed almost bothered he had to take my order. at the window it made me a little uncomfortable because i was being nice saying please and thank you a whole lot and didn’t get any response from him, he just kinda didn’t say anything. his coworker seemed pretty frustrated with the way he was talking to her and ordering her around. and it when he told her to do something it didn’t sound polite either it was like demanding and i hate seeing that as a customer. i just wanted to post this to hopefully liven up cody a little and make him more happy and cheerful and kind. and hopefully that poor girl won’t have to deal with the rudeness demands anymore.
Wow, I was impressed tonight!The food was excellent, I got exactly what I ordered, it was a super fast drive thru experience, and the food was also super fresh!Great job Taco Bell!
Waited in line for almost an hour for a crunch wrap supreme and one taco... When I got to the window the drive-thru cashier had nothing but an attitude. Will no be back.
Just why....Update: ordered another quesadilla this time with extra chicken and they did it to me again ? are yall out to get me?! ?
This Taco Bell rocks! I’d tip these employees if I could. First, they’re fast. Second, the order was correct and food made correctly, and hot! Third, the drive thru peeps were kind and pleasant.
This taco bell is very slow. I sat in drive thru more than twenty minutes. Meal was warm not hot. I couldn't even finish it.
This is the best taco bell in lake county..in my opinion. Always friendly and fast, and they make the food how it should be made. For example I got a crunch wrap, and the whole thing had cheese meat and sour cream in each bite. Sometimes at other taco Bell's you'll get like one ingredient in one spot and not distributed. It was really good.
Taco Bell is my go to lunch spot. Service is good but I use app to order ahead. Inside is clean and staff are friendly.
My favorite fast food, although I went inside to eat this time. Very clean with tables and chairs being wiped down after every use, great staff, I never had a wrong order in this place !
