I was so very impressed with this Taco Bell the people were professional a young lady named Teresa was incredible for customer service I will be returning or some more great foodAnd some incredible mango tea
Taco Bell is a go to for me. While staying with family we tried the drive thru at this location 4 times in the 3 weeks we were here. Didn't matter the length of the line we were sitting there for 20 minutes or more. The last time we were in the line for almost a full 45 minutes NOT MOVING (of course we hit a spot there was no giving up and getting out of it when we were ready to give up) our order was missing things twice and cold every single time.We tried multiple times with the thought of everyone has a rough day sometimes. But at this point I'm officially recommending you find another location if you're already hungry or are on any sort of time constraints.
Went thru the drive thru since the lobby is always hit or miss. The lady was rude and forgot napkins and hot sauce. When I went back thru she almost threw a bag of 45 different sauces and napkins at me and was mad I came back. I guess they are having a very difficult time getting or keeping quality people. Won’t be back to that Taco Bell for along time.
We got no island drinks just slushy. No meat in the crunchwrap Supreme, didn't get chicken quesadilla combo, missing tacos soft then wouldn't answer phone but the one down by the mall was nice enough to hear us vent what great employees makes a difference never returning to the leesburg taco bell.Really disappointed
I ordered 5 hard Taco Supremes and a large coke. They did not have any large cups. I recieved 5 plain soft tacos wrapped like burritos. This stuff really isn't that hard. You lost my business. Do better.
Worst service ever. After sitting in line for 15 minutes and waiting to order at 11:30pm (only 3 other cars in line besides us) to get to the window and pay to find out our order was given to the car in front of us. The manager then yells at her staff and asks us to pull forward and wait for the food and after another 15 minutes of waiting, I call to find out they forgot about us completely. Now sitting here another 12 minutes back in line to get my refund…. Never coming here again
I loved the food but she shorted me $5.00 in change. I didn't notice till I got home, my loss for not checking (which I haven't needed to for the time I've been buying there.)
The wait was over 35 minutes to get a soft taco I think that was a little long day were just doing the drive-thru and not two people in there
These ladies are busier than bees! Wow a great crew in this location.
Normally I have better service here. I did an online order that was completely incorrect. I live if l in another city so I tried calling, but I got no answer. They were rude when I picked up my order abs not everything was in my bag
