I honestly do not think I’ve ever given a 1 star to a restaurant.. I ordered 2 subs online tonight for dinner after calling the store 5 times with no answer. My subs were paid for and pick up time was 6:20. We arrived at 6:17 and there was only 1 lady working, whom was new at that.. After 5 minutes my hubby said are my sandwiches ready and she said no. 5 more minutes as it’s 6:33 are my sandwiches ready. No I’m making them next.. She’s also making another persons sandwich that came in way after us. Finally at 6:40 my hubby was handed a bag and he left. We get home very hungry and we had the other man’s order. A tuna with vinegar and salt n pepper. So I shared mine with my husband.. Very upsetting to say the least. Waited 20 minutes for an online order. What a joke. We will NEVER return to that subway..
Ordering online has been a dissatisfaction many times. I advise going to the store to monitor their activity.
I was a sad oven roasted chicken breast was discontinued and sweet onion sauce now unavailable...

Ordered online with a 5PM pickup time. At 6 order was finally started. Not reliable service if ordering online.
Ordered 6 sandwiches online. Scheduled it for 1 hour later. Went smoothly. Arrived & saw nothing on the shelf. Asked manager about our order. She said 2 others ordered online but they never received anything. She said computers are messing up. Asked if I had the correct address. She had to check info on register to see her address???? Luckily a young man behind the counter showed the manager her mistake. Now all of a sudden they do have our order & it will be ready in 10 minutes. I am curious what happened to the 2 unlucky customers who did not get their orders. DONE WITH SUBWAY. JIMMY John's here I come.
We went here for a sub just the other day. They were out of a lot of stuff!! We ended up getting a sub from Publix
Worst service. Young lady couldn't even tell me how much for double meat. She replied with, its on the board!! I was the only customer in there btw. They had no spinach, lettuce was brown.
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and i got what it seemed like a whole bottle of ranch on my sandwich bread was soggy i had to eat it with a knife and forkAlso ordered a cold cut and the bread wasnt even cooked all the way. Threw the bread away and ate just the insideAlso ordered a tuna sandwhich with ranch and instead of ranch i got siracha sauce....how hard is it to make a sandwhich
