Have been eating at steak and shakes for years and generally found them no more than marginal but tonight was nothing but impressive. This particular steak and shake is now privately owned I met the owner a young lady by the name of Caitlin I approached her simply to tell her that it was without a doubt the cleanest steak and shake I had ever been in. Once my wife my daughter and I had our meal it was also the best hottest food we've ever had in any steak and shake all in all it was a great experience. I highly encourage anybody and everybody to stop by this steak and support a small business person
The triple burger meal deal and chicken pieces meal, that used to cost $10 bucks, was now $21. I used to eat there alot, the food was fine. At this price, I won't be back very soon. I almost forgot, the chicken pieces were very very small.
A must stop in Florida competes with In And Out west coast chain but the worlds best $4 combo! Miss ya man! Great service
I was at work, trying to place work order, someone answered the phone and put me on hold, then after 15mins they hung up. I tried to call back 5 times but no one answered, so I had to go and order my food the MOD did apologize and offered a milkshake but I declined, she got us our food in a timely manner and she is the only reason I give this restaurant a 3 star otherwise it would have gotten 1 star.
Freaking Horrific! No personal service, no waitresses. You order from a kiosk, n pick your table. When they call your number, you fetch your food. Food not good either, had a single garlic butter burger, fries n drink. Didn't taste good at all. Still home sick from lunch. Will never return!
Absolute Horrible service! I asked for two large fries and received one dumped in the bag with sauce all over it! If I could I’d leave a negative 5 star on this review. Also had hair in my food which I just had to throw away and waste 15$ or so on disgusting food.?
Terrible!! The only thing that was decent was the fries. The shakes don't even taste the same,& having to hear an employee call your order for you to pick it up at the counter was atrocious!! All this technology of having to use a kiosk to do your own order takes away the experience of having an employee wait on you so you can have some kind of interaction with another human being who now loses out on a tip as well therefore taking money away from them that could really use it. It was just like going to McDonalds!! I will never go back!!!
First time customer. Easy ordering system. Liked the under $4.00 menu option.Fairly large selection of shakes available. Ordered double cheeseburger with signature mustard relish. Didn't taste the relish, mainly because there was only 1/2 tsp dead center of bun. The burgers were dry it looked as though they were pressed while cooking. Shoestring fries were the bomb. The peppermint shake was very tasty, it even had the pea sized chunks of ice cream that the mixer missed.Overall, enjoyable experience. Would love to see it with car hops though.
First time here. I was greeted very nicely as I walked in by an employee which was awesome. However, a couple items I was not impressed with. #1 I did not like the self order screen. I want someone to take my order not touch some dirty screen shared by others. The credit card machines are bad enough. #2 the shake machine was broken and they only had soft drinks available...there for it was really no different than any other burger joint. I was looking forward to the shake variety...
The restaurant was mostly empty on both visits. Good burgers, hot dogs, and fries. I don't like ordering at a kiosk and self service. Ice machine was empty on both visits and getting someone to fill it was difficult. Major detractors from customer service! Go back to what made you famous - service.
