Emma has a wonderful personality, so sweet and helpful. They didn't have black ice tea so she made us ice tea using a tea bag and hot water, then poured it over ice. She could have just said they didn't have any but she fixed the problem with such enthusiasm! This was our second visit and we love this spot. Plenty of room inside and out for customers.
This is by the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! Well staffed with great people who are super sweet and engaged. I love that they greet each guest with a "good morning" as soon as they enter the door. It made me feel welcome and wanted! They gave some great custom drink recommendations that were absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend and visit again ❤️
I believe the ladies name is Cindy. Absolutely an amazing person who goes out of her way to make sure peoples days start out better. If you value true customer service, this location is where you want to go. Makes the wait worth it. ???

Been traveling around a few states and this staff was by far the most welcoming I’ve ever experienced. Whatever Starbucks is doing here, they need to multiply it.

This location is always on point. Never an issue. Always love my blended white chocolate mocha or holidays the toasted white chocolate mocha. Love their warmed chocolate crosaunt.
