Have not been to a Sobiks in years so I was excited to have it again. Not certain I'll be back. Paying 14 dollars for a cheese steak with little to no meat is not very appealing. We bought 3 of them an all them barely had any meat. You couldn't even push meat to the ends to be able to eat the last 1-1/2 on either side. I ordered a ice cream cone because the menu said they dip in butterscotch. After I paid they told me it was only drizzle not a dip. At this point I already paid. When the young man went to the back an came out with no Ice cream he said they only had chocolate and caramel. These are not employee issues but manager / owners issues. Seems the new opening with new owners will be over sooner than later.
17th of April is a Sunday and they are not open. They have FOUR Open signs on their door and windows. Even said open on Maps description.
They were open but the sign said close he gave some bull excuse as to y that was , for which I didn’t ask but I began by ordering a regular cheese stake and he up charged me without saying a word I paid for the sandwich and when I realized what had transpired I went back immediately to ask y he did it his response was that’s something they do all the time and with an attitude told me he was going to give bk the up charge which was over a dollar he only gave back .50 cents with the biggest attitude and attempted to cover it up by forcefully telling me repeatedly to have a good day ???
Advertising thats they make fries and they dont. Also says hot off the press its not. Cuban sandwiches were pre made and pulled from a fridge and steamed then put into a press ..the inside of sandwiches were very mushy and disgusting. Pickles were cooked because of the process they use to try and reheat the sandwich. no mask were worn and all 4 employees laughing and talking over everyones food orders Never again..
I had not been there in several years. I was a loyal customer at the eustis store when it was there. This one by the Leesburg Mall never made the grade. But I was so hungry for a good cheese steak sub I tried again. It was absolutely delicious. Steamed just like I remember. A little pricer than I remember but it was worth it. The gentleman that served me was excellent. Polite and observed precautions. I will be back!!!!!
We just moved here and decided to order via Uber Eats. Driver was great. Probably the worst sandwiches we have had in our lives and very expensive. Added our own meat and cheese. Totally screwed up the order but did not matter because there was nothing between the bread! Shameful rip-off.
Place looked gross, food was gross. No masks, wouldnt have eaten there if I had noticed they werent using gloves prior. The workers seemed to not care and be really rude. Not coming back - ever.Wouldn't recommend.
Nice restaurant with good selection of sandwiches. And they really fill up the sub with tasty meats. Try the cuban...yummy. Owner is there to make sure customers are satisfied. Definately worth the trip.

This is my first time here I ordered two Cubans and I’m relatively disappointed that they were already premade that was the first red flag ? like how long have these been made for ? And second I at least expected a warm sandwich which this is not it’s feel like I’m biting a warm bread with freezing cold meat and cheese and then the girl with a man bun was less then inviting she seemed to not really care about her job to much ... horrible first impression to say the least
