I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time. My first impression was, "Are we in the right place?" The mood was like of a small diner. Nicetile work on thefloor. Quiet, but a TV that was playing softly in the background by the bar. I order the 6 oz Porterhouse with mash potatoes and broccoli. It was fantastically grilled to perfection. The sides needed no seasoning and decently portioned. The staff were friendly and quick. We didn't wait long for our meals.They definitely made a good impression on me. The price was what one would expect for a decent meal. I will be coming back to try their other Entrés.
Food was good. Great salad bar. Sat at bar to eat, The first bartender was nice and attentive, she clocked out and another finished. She was more interested in complaining and talking to others, as I wanted dessert but instead of asking basically put a check in front of me and continue her conversation. Really Really liked this RT, but I'll drive the half hour to the one a town away. 2nd bad experience, no strike 3
I recently had the grilled zucchini and barbecue chicken salad, the zucchini was perfect but the chicken salad made me a little nauseous later.
This place is absolutely horrible. If your a driver picking up for Libby’s BBQ, Mr beast burger or Wow Bao do KOT accept it. They will have you waiting over 30 min or longer. They always have excuses. Staff is also trash. Stay away.
I had the absolute most amazing night. Everything was superb. From the manager to our waiter Nick whom was spectacular & made our night so special. He was very personable, checked on us all night, was very friendly, understanding to all our needs, and handled all our accommodations and even was able to surprise me with a special request delivery of Happy Valentine’s written on my desert order which was something they normally don’t do. Good job guys. I will definitely be back.
Terrible service …..restaurant was very quiet and waitress dropped off our food and never came back until she left the check.
Food prices increasing, coffee was brought out cold, food quality was good. Very slow on drink refills. Friendly atmosphere.
The staff is not very friendly at all. Our waitress only came to our table probably four times. She was not very concern about how our food was at all. We had to ask for this and that just to enjoy our food. The manager standing behind the bar with another waitress that had a blonde bun on top of her head. They was just standing around the bar talking. They truly need to tend to their customers. New black employee came in and the woman manager and blonde headed waitress was talking about young lady. Very unprofessional. The food was on point steak very tender and juicy and my sister paste was dry and not tasty. The trio sampler the tenders was fried hard and the cheese sticks and the dip was awesome. This use to be my favorite spot to eat. Very Bad service today.
Good food, awesome waitresses as well other staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you're in the area and want Ruby Tuesday I would definitely recommend this 1
They say they have sweet tea but it wasn’t sweet at all. I added 4 packets of sugar to mine to make it drinkable. We had burgers and they were good.
