Did not have a positive arrival -- Staff/Manager had NO knowledge of Open Table or our "reservation" made thru Open Table. Service and food were great.

This location always has the food come out great. Servers are always very attentive and making sure your time there is perfect. They brought out biscuits as soon as they'd see the first basket was almost out. I always love getting any of the feasts they have to offer. They are relatively high priced, but you will be filled before you can finish so you'll have some leftovers for later.

Great Service! Great food!! Went there for my birthday, but their drink made me sick. After paying for my meal and left, THEY charged my cc an additional $ 43 for a meal I didn't authorize or approve ?DO NOT TRUST them! That's a horrible nightmare to bring in my birthday ?Contacted the manager but all he had time for was to laugh at me and did nothing to correct they're illegal transaction on my cc.

Arrived at 5 pm. No biscuits, still baking when they arrived they were undercooked. Ordered our food and told rice would be 45 minutes.. Come on, this is a seafood restaurant! Asked to speak with the manager, after a fairly long wait, he said they were having problems. Didn't offer to make things right, buy a desert or drinks. Food was flavorless. Broccoli on one plate overcooked and mush. On the other plate it was raw. Plate was understandably empty. TheManager never followed up,

Food was ok. Service was poor. Tried endless shrimp. Our server disappeared. We got no refills and no reorders for more shrimp. After about 25 minutes another employee came to the table and told us the server had to step out for a personal matter. Still no refills or reorders. Another 10 minutes passed and we went up to the bar paid for our food.

Service was excellent. I was excited to see the new, post pandemic menu. I had a shrimp cocktail -- the shrimp were obviously pre-cooked and frozen. The rest of the food fell a bit short of the quality that I had been used to. This Pina Colada Sunset drink never disappoints, though!

When walking in the smell was horrific. Not a seafood smell but more of a moldy, wet carpet smell. I almost walked out at that point but my daughter wanted to stay.... the artichoke and lobster dip was really good. I got a lobster/fish meal with loaded masked potatoes that did not come loaded and were dry. The dish itself was ok but not worth the prices they have now. Menu did not seem impressive and a little over priced for the quality. I won't return any time soon due to the smell mostly.

Had to wait, like all businesses, short on staff. Restaurant maybe a third full. I had the 3 from the sea. Choice of soup or salad, then shrimp cocktail cheese sticks, choice of 3 main course. My choices were calm chowder, shrimp cocktail and fish and chips. Fish and chips came with fries and coke slaw. A lot of food.Everything was good and Vicki M couldn't have been nicer, very attractive to my needs.

I ordered the Friday fish special for my husband and myself last night and was disappointed. The cod had no seasoning and they didn't give us the cole slaw that comes with it. I also didn't get the extra tartar sauce I requested, the guy brought out the wrong sodas and we had to wait for him to bring out the right ones, which made my food cool down even more. For $12 I was expecting 2 pieces of fish and I had to pay extra to exchange the fries for a baked potato and extra for bacon, cheese, and green onions (which were non-existent.)We also added on Argentine shrimp for my husband, which he did like. I added on the garlic linguini alfredo, which I liked. For the fish, it desperately needed salt, sorry Red Lobster but this was a fail.

It was so delicious & Grant is a great waiter!!
