Was inside for dining. Food was ok , but lady taking orders at counter should not be allowed to greet public because of poor attitude. Watched her take three orders and was rude and short with all customers in degrading manner. I asked her how her day was going, and answer was it would be ok at 5;00 when off work. Very sarcastic in her attitude and negative body language. As I was leaving she was rude to lady placing order, and customer said don’t have to eat here and left with her family. I suggest management talk with her, and take a course in customer relations or fire her.
Awful. Sides order was wrong. No napkins or utensils. No biscuits. Wait in line was too long although there were only 6 cars!Under staffed? Poorly trained staff? Won't see me again.
I gave a one star rating because you have to pick something, otherwise the rating would be zeroDON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO WASTE IN A DRIVE THRU!!!!!!!!! This was the most apathetic restaurant crew I have ever seen! I would've left but couldn't get out of the drive thru.
I eat here whenever I am in Leesburg, they are the best Popeyes in this county, because of that be prepared to wait at peak hours but it is so worth it ! And now they offer delivery!
The place is new for the time being. So thats good. Terrible customer service and rushed payment for poor quality food i was served. The fries were stale and need to be thrown out, and the chicken tenders were fried and dried to a burned unchewable crisp. The quality of employees they hire is questionable too, considering how the food and performance is. I wont be shopping here again.
Chicken was good & fresh. People were happy & helpful. Dining area could have been cleaner.
Always love fried chicken. Also have fresh cooked very friendly staff. Will eat my chicken once a week
Ghetto broad in the drive thru taking orders! Sounds like she's still in bed and when I asked for the nuggets she then replied what nuggets?.... Pure ignorance; I guess I'd be mad too if Popeye's was the only job that I could get, smh.
Queen was the sweetest and did an amazing job. It seemed that out of the seven people there she was the only one who was working and cared about the customers. It took over 25 minutes to get my food.
Not a soul was there...went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and reg coleslaw....out of coleslaw, no problem....Get to the window and pay and this other girl ask me do i want original or spicey ?....original ...if i wanted spicey i would have said spicey....well your just going to have to wail pull forward...after 18 mins i went inside to get my money back and they say oh it's ready....said it's probably cold by now...i refused to take it and got my money back
