We just ordered our last order from PJ. I ordered a parmesan crusted papadia and there was hardly any ingredients inside, it was all crust. And they've raised their price to $9.00.
Tonight I ordered and paid for the pizza then I was informed that it will be 30-45 minutes. After 46 minutes I still had to wait 7 more minutes for two pizzas. Each worker I saw was touching their hair, pants, or face and didn't wash hands. Yes, it was a Friday night but when I walked in then he looked in the computer and made my pizza. It was not that busy and a lot of workers just building boxes or just walking around. I live over 20 miles from this location only to find the pizza toppings were not evenly distributed and you got one bite of one topping. Pizza was under cooked. I guess not the right night to come in and get pizza
I ordered two pizzas earlier today for lunch for my family through the app at this Papa John's location. I placed the order for deluvery at 12:02 P.M. and was advised it would be 40-50 minutes before the order would be delivered. I also requested for the order to be left at the doorstep, as my wife and I are on the phones most of the day for work, as well as to avoid getting our dogs riled up.At around 12:50, I received a notification through the app that the driver was on his way with our order. Our home is normally a 15-minute drive to and from this store location. The driver did not arrive until approximately 1:15. Instead of leaving our order at the door for non-contact delivery, like we requested, the driver proceed to ring the doorbell multiple times and wait for us to answer the door. This caused our dogs to bark like crazy while we were both on the phone for work. A couple minutes later after I was off the phone and got our dogs under control, I was able to answer the door and grab the pizzas from the delivery driver.All-in-all it took Papa John's almost 90 minutes to make two pizzas and deliver them to a house 15 minutes up the road. Needless to say the pizzas were practically stone cold by the time they were delivered, which suppressed our appetites. The only reason we ordered from Papa John's today was because we received a coupon in the mail for Buy One Pizza, Get One Pizza free. But with our order still coming out to approximately $25 WITH the coupon applied, the lack of prompt customer service, and cold product they provided us with, I have been reminded that we are much better off ordering pizza from local pizza stores instead.
Caleb was courteous and kind, 5 star customer service he needs a raise I love Quality service✅
Extremely fast delivery!Looking for HOT jalapeno poppers this is your place.
I ordered food from here twice and both times it didn’t show. I had to call them to see what was going on with my order. The first time they refunded me and made a new order and delivered it the second time they didn’t even ask for my name they just said my money with be back on my card within 3 to 5 business days. Do not order from here. They do not deliver your food.
I understand a lot of businesses are currently under staffed but a preorder should not be an hour later than it's scheduled delivery time. I have given the Leesburg location multiple trys an each time they can not seem to be on time with scheduled orders. My pizza was not hot because it took so long to get delivered it was luke warm at best. So I will most likely not be returning to your Leesburg store for future orders.
Every once in a blue moon I get a hot and fresh pizza and it keeps me chasing the dragon.
The only papa John’s restaurant worth going to! They care!
The pizza was on the light side. It was supposed to be 5 toppings and it did have all 5 toppings just not very much of any of them.
