1 hour and 20 mins. To deliver 2 pizzas. Ridiculous when the store is only 10 minutes away...and according to the app my pizza was sitting for 40 mins (the prep symbol)...now your gonna deliver me a pizza thats been sitting for 45 mins?....never grom this store again.
Hit or miss we eat here often, but sometimes the pizza is just not very good and other times it is fine just wha you expect.
The last two times we ordered pizza from here the dough was not even fully cooked and gooey. Sadly no where close to the quality of the papa John’s in Mount Dora
Been getting papa’s johns pizza for about 8 years maybe longer and never disappointed with my orders. Always on time ,always great delivery I have tried many other pizza’s and never anywhere close to as good as here. Thanks guys and gals for making the best pizza in leesburg keep up the good work.
Ive given this store multiple chances but tonight was it for me. Ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesestick, all of the items were lacking correct amount of cheese and one of the pizzas had like 6 bubbles on it. Spoke to Kevin and even though he was nice,he could care less about my issues or experience, gave us a refund without even trying to correct situation. If im going to pay these high prices for pizza, I expect the quality to be great but that does not exist with this location
Manager Kevin canceled my order after I called to find out why my order was 25 minutes late. I told him I wanted to speak to corporate about this and he replied I don't have the number. His excuse on the late pizza was there was a wreck in front of the store. My wife drove through there 40 mins prior to this call and it had been cleared up.

This is a Tuscan 6 cheese with meatballs.I barely had 1 cheese barely any sause and was just a bunch of bubbles. When you spend $20 on a pizza most want better than this I'm telling you.
location. Is hands down the best papa John's I have ever ordered from. Ordered twice in same week it was so good. Food is the best quality I've had , never tasted better pizza from other papa John's. Kudos to manager and staff here for running such a high quality papa John's.
I was so impressed the last time that I ordered that I wanted to order again. I am bummed. The Canadian bacon is that tiny stick in the picture. It is hard as a rock! Where’s our yummy cheese. Our last order melted in your mouth. This not so much. The manager did offer to send out a new order and i said no because it is dinner time now.He offered 30% off our next order but i do not believe i will order from them again. I may try a different store. Or not at all.Oh and the poppers are nasty. I am sad:(
