I went to the olive garden in leesburg, and at first when I got there no one would even acknowledge that I was there. I stayed relaxed. After a few moments a lady asked if I was being helped and I responded no, not yet. I still waited patiently after that 2 more people asked the same question but I still had to wait. I was finally helped and I ordered a soup tuscana sorry for the spelling. I took it home to my wife who was sick and when she opened it there was hardly any soup. It was filled with alot of the leaves that it looked more like a salad see pictures. I was so upset that I did not even want to go back to the location and tell them about it. That location is about 9.5 miles from my house, so I decided to to a different location about 20 miles explained the situation and they were very considerate, kind, and understanding. I used to visit the 2nd location quite often but we then moved to leesburg and this location does not even compare to the location 20 miles from my house. That is the last time I visit the leesburg olive garden location in leesburg I believe on route 441. Very bad service. I would not even put customer in front of service because they do not have customer service.
Our server, Ashley, was an angel. Super fast on salad and breadsticks and brought me a soup to go since I only ate 1 bowl of the soup & salad entree. I was very impressed. Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service, awesome greeting when entering the front door. And the best for last is the FOOD, very excellent and worth every penny. Alison
I went for a birthday lunch today with two of my friends. The host was a little rude, but it was ALL made up by our waitress Ashley. She served us and was so kind despite us sending back a plate, she happily corrected it (wasn’t her fault) and still maintained the most kind and attentive attitude. I’ll ask for her every time we come now!
I hosted a party of 6 for a Sunday lunch. I did not call ahead. We were pleasantly greeted but obviously on Sunday there's a pretty good wait for a table. We waited about 35 minutes for a table, really not bad Considering the time of day and that I did not call ahead. When we were seated it became obvious they had staffing issues that day. Our server was very friendly and quite good at his job. While the food service was slow it was clearly related to the kitchen staffing. Our server stopped by frequently and kept us informed regarding our meals delay. There was never frustration or blame in his voice just clear information and updates regarding the delays. When the food arrived it was served hot and just as we ordered.While it's never fun to experience delays with your food order or an extended wait for your meal the dining room staff and our server did a very nice job under what might be considered difficult Circumstances. Our server did a great job of keeping everybody comfortable and informed without being intrusive. At the end of it all you have to admire a staff and server group who manage to find a way to help you feel comfortable during a delay and in turn not take away from the quality of the food or the purpose of your visit. I rated it 4 stars Not because the menu is stellar or the price but because the staff handled themselves extremely well and in turn made our longer than expected visit enjoyable.
The food was good overall. We like that you can tell the kids pizzas aren't the pre-made ones bought in bulk, pulled out of a freezer and thrown in the oven. The stuffed shells were filling and delicious. Overall a good meal. For some reason the breadsticks were super salty this go around, but not the end of the world. We enjoy Olive Garden as a whole. We got a delicious chocolate dessert but it unfortunately was devoured before pictures could be taken. Dessert was definitely the best part.
We don't usually go out to eat. And to be honest haven't been to an olive Garden in years. I have to say this was the best experience. Our server's name was Junior and he was nothing short of amazing. We were constantly brought drinks without asking breadsticks were at our table before we could notice. He took really good care of us. We were really impressed by his quality of service. Thank you again!
Ordered the sirloin and it was cooked to perfection very tasty The strawberry daiquiri was awesome. Our waitress was great! Couldn't ask for a better time on Valentine's Day!
Store number 1171 Leesburg FL. Went in for dinner. We were greeted immediately. The food was great. No wait to be seated. Great atmosphere. They were playing some smooth jazz. Our server Karmani was friendly, and answered our questions. She made sure everything was to our liking. Overall great experience. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that they couldn't make me a Strawberry Bellini because there strawberry was frozen. Thanks for a great service.
Run well, clean, great service, the price is right, and quality is on point. And you can't beat the soup, salad, and bread sticks for $10. Where else can you get that!? And their salad is sooo good!
We had a large party that was accommodated well. One of our servers definitely wasn't prepared for this type of group but Dallas was amazing. The management did well to help out the situation and we greatly appreciate their work to make sure we enjoyed our time there celebrating.
