drive thru is reasonably fast.

Reluctantly stopped here after work at 11:30 pm,and as expected it was the same lack of service as usual. Waited at speaker for 3 minutes before someone finally said I'll be with you in a second . After waiting six more minutes I just left,and there was several cars behind me. This is a pretty regular occurrence here,which is why I usually try to avoid this McDonald's. If your not going to take peoples business,then why are you even open? This one should shut down and make room for a better fast food restaurant!

This McDonald's has lost my business. Early this morning 4:52am I stopped by the 24 HOUR McDonald's and no one answered the drive thru so I called the store and the ONLY person in the building was counting stock. There was no coffee made, no food prep started at all, nothing at all. She advised that maybe will have fresh coffee read at 5:30am but no food. Any time I have purchased food lunch or dinner I have never had hot fresh French fries. This used to hot fries without two tons of salt on them. Another vehicle that pulled up just after me I told them they were not open because they are counting stock before making any food. I think they need to need to correct their sign to open 24 hours but food isn't 24 hours available.

Where should I start? This McDonald's experience was by far, the WORST ever!! First, we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes! They never spoke to us! Drove to the 1st window. Associate finally opened the window after about 4 minutes. I asked, can you take my order? His response was hmm. Ordered, went to next window, waited behind a car that 2 young men working here were hanging out the window talking to! 5 minutes later, that car moves. Pulled up to the window, waited about 5 minutes, for our food. The order was wrong! Had to refund me for a Carmel frappe, when I wanted a Carmel sundae. Double cheese plain, was not plain! That's a third receipt! Rude, rude, rude!! No management appeared to be there. I'm so totally disgusted with this store, experience, food and service!! Even their sign out front looks nasty and moldy! Bad, everything! Will NEVER visit this store ever again!!

They are old and new employees trying their best to learn and adding this stupid rewards app on the phone doesn't help at all trying to go drive thru for people that don't know what they're doing. I went inside and they helped me instead of holding up the line for 20 minutes. Patience is required. I honestly am grateful someone is trying to work

This is one very rude McDonald's the manager is only waiting on drive-thru and don't care about the customer standing in their waiting to order. I actually waited 30 whole minutes before my place my order because she wanted to move drive through first.

This is the worse McDonald’s location in this region of Florida. Your order is basically guaranteed to be wrong or missing an item, and best believe you with get a nice healing order of attitude with every purchase.

In the times we are in its hard to set expectations for fast food in general, staffing Is a concern across the nation, as many people are to lazy to work these days, with that being said this establishment is ok good people but for the best experience you want to go inside an have everything made to order, I would still recommend steak n shake or five guys unless you can live without a happy meal.

Family members always give me McDonald's gift cards because I love the salads and eat one every day. I have not been able to get ANY salads since COVID. I use the gift cards for burgers, but my cholestrol is going up. Can't you offer something for vegetarians?

Was an awfully experience,,,the cash year was rude and my order was skipped five times. Waited 25 minutes for 4 items. And when I asked why taking so long I was rudely answered by a manager. The cashier was tipped 20 dollars so there for she skipped order I asked if I was to tip if I'd gotten better service and she said yes. I shook my head in disbelief then while I waited had an employee storm around counter cussing like a sailor in front of my 11 year old child. So I will not be taking my business at this location anytime soonEdit::: I asked for corporate number or gm number and said was on reciept the cashier took reciept out bag on purpose and then the manager gavee the wrong number. Hopefully McDonald's GM OR CORPORATE READS THESE REVIEWS WOULD LOVE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH THEM
