I’ve been here 4 different times paying $1.18 extra for Oreo and don’t get it. I would be better off going to buy Oreos at this point.What extra Oreo?
Not the McDonald's of old. I sure miss those days. I had a BOGO coupon for a quarter pounder with cheese. Still almost $6 for a McDonald's burger seems a bit pricey. My wife and I agreed that the burger had very little taste. She made me promise not to go back to McDonald's. But if you like a good fountain coke McDonald's has one of the best. The food though... meh. Finally McDonalds is still the typical fast food but they are anything but fast!
Granted there was a storm, no one had the common courtesy to express that there was a power surge. I waited several minutes for my card to be ran while at least five employees gathered at the first window. When I finally reached the second window, an employee handed me my sundae. After that exchange, I waited and waited for the rest of my order. I told the employee thank you for the wait. Instead of apologizing, she told me, "LOSE THE ATTITUDE, WE HAD A POWER SURGE". SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Things could quickly escalated. Yes I told her that she didn't tell me what to do. Apparently quite a few employees at this McDonald's need to be retrained. Fortunately for me, I rarely dine at McDonald's. After Saturday's experience, it reinforces my stance on McDonald's.
Apple pie had no time on it was so hard and chewy I threw it away. Drive thru had like 6 cars parked. So I was waiting on a cheeseburger because the pie was very old
Got a to go order got the bag in the car and started away and said that isn't heavy enough to have everything we ordered check it out and we were missing most of everything went back and got it. Got it home the chicken sandwich had no lettuce mayonnaise nothing with just a bun and a piece of chicken Big Max one of them the meat was overcooked and the bottom piece of the bun was hard. French fries were cold. Will never go to this McDonald's again.Gave gave it one star when actually it should be minus two stars
I stop by there a few times a week around 5:30am the egg muffin and sausage egg muffin are not hot and taste 2 days old.
Worst order ever received at this McDonald. Ordered 3 sausage & egg sandwiches, none had egg or sausage totally within muffin, one wasn't even wrapped, just pitched in bag!!! Ordered 2 coffee, one black regular and one decaf...one WAS ok, decaf had CREAM and no sure that is was really decaf!! No receipt!!! They want paid $15 an hour for bad service!! But 2 crew members were nice and friendly!!
This McDonald’s is horrible do not go here. Horrible service and is slow the slowest I’ve ever been to. They never get orders right. I never get all of what I ordered. Food tastes dry. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and when I got home it had a bite taken out of it. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. This McDonald’s needs to close down.
Always love coming to a McDonald's that all the staff work together creating a smooth and friendly environment atmosphere! They were very busy and drive thru line wrapped around the building but it steadily kept moving as the orders were made and sent out promptly!
They had to quit taking orders for 30 min to catch up.Understaffed. Workers busting their tails trying to get it done. I blame ownership & gov stimulus.Let’s Go Brandon!!
