My boyfriend and I stopped in this location to pick up a mobile order for fries & drinks while passing through Leesburg this afternoon, and we were both very impressed with the customer service!We were warmly greeted my two different employees within a few moments of each other, and another employee who gave us our food was also incredibly sweet.The restaurant was also really clean, the fries were fresh as could be, and that McDonald's Coca-Cola was on point.
Manager on phone outside of the entrance doors yelling and cursing to whom ever was on the other end.WiFi signal is strong but doesn't work. Young lady at register has no volume. Unable to hear her. Receipt not offered. Ordered a drink and had to ask several times to recieve cup. It was the only thing I ordered.
Horrible food haven't been there 5 yrs ordered 40 pics nugget asked 4 ..2of each sauces get home only 4 for 40 pc manager Alisa said I got you at window food was cold fries were so small in a large fry box only thing I can say been 5 yrs since been 2 McDonalds after cold fries no sauces 4 for 40 manager said all you get I will never go back don't go to leesburg 14th st McDonald's so disappointed was expecting something good to eat 24.00 dollars for garbage wouldn't give to my dog only thing nice was the young girl at window but manager I got you she said she did ripped family off never go there 14th st. First time in 5 years going 2 McDonald's orderd a 40 nugget meal came with 2 large fries specifically asked girl at window for sauces asked for 2 each manager Alisa said I got you well got home only 4 sauces for 40 nuggets called said that is all you get for a 40 piece nugget family meal then peekaboo with fries large fries were below the m on fries box never go to McDonald's leesburg fl.14th st also called 27 the street name food cold 5 years was expecting something good food was cold manager lied young girl at window was nice and asked manager behind her about sauces my expectations of McDonald's is dont go I'll never go again will tell everyone I know never go there horrible horrible food service ok but food I wouldn't give my DOG PICTURES TO SHOW
Love me some mcd's!! Been going there all my life. The Triple cheese burgers are thick and juicy. Fries were fresh, plentiful and hot. Store was clean and staff was great.
I like their breakfast sandwiches the most and caramel frappe. I wish they would keep the BBQ sandwich year round, as that would be a great seller.
The food was a little sloppy and the fries were half full the mica coffee taste like pure ice gave a three star for good customer service at payout
Didn't realize how high McDonald's prices have raised. Food is definitely not worth the money. This location was very unorganized and slow to get the food out.
The cashier had her back to me when I pulled up to pay. She was playing on her phone. Then she turned around and says, are you going to give me your credit card or not. Very slow drive through. One lane blocked off. Cashier was friendly. We didn't push trying to order anything too challenging as this location is often out of things or make them wrong. Or leave them out of the bag.
