I have enjoy Maryland fried chicken since my first time eating there! I don't expect 5 star restaurants when I get there is a family quick lunch and go! Can't go wrong with them!
Ordered 18 PC and sides from inside. Unfortunately the Chicken was overcooked and not enjoyable. Cole slaw was very dry.
First time eating here and wow we will be back ! Surrounded by big-name fast food places and this places knocks them out the water in my opinion. I'm a chicken girl and wow they were good . We got a 20 piece nugget and sides and 9 box combo and it was so hot and fresh! We will be back the man who took our order was friendy and good conversation! ???✨️
My sister had a nostalgic moment and just had to have a meal from this place. It was a far cry from what she remembered. The chicken was not well seasoned & tasted old. The sides were hit or miss meaning some were fantastic & others blah. I'm not going to a place just for the side items [macaroni salad, potatoe salad]
The girls were very nice and polite. But as my cousin and I were thoroughly enjoying our chicken, 2 customers came in and were using such vulgar language that I asked for a go box and took my chicken home. It was not as good cold as it was right out of the cooker. This was my first time eating at a Marilyn Fried Chicken. I will probably never go back to this particular store.
This is usually my go-to place, when I'm in town, but my last visit was terrible. My friend and I stood at the door waiting to be let in, but the young lady just ignored us. Drive thru was 5 cars deep, with the same car at the window until we left. Extremely disappointed ?
This is my whole childhood!!! Everything about it is absolutely amazing!! I feel truly blessed that it hasn’t changed! The chicken ? is crispy and juice!! The sides are very yummy as well!!\\n\\nPlease please NEVER GO AWAY
Hands down the best friend chicken on this planet. I lived on Leesburg all thru the 90s and was a regular. Back in towm to stay after 20 yes. Was one of the first places I went to eat. First place I ever had hot wings. Their chicken gravey is my favorite. Chicken and potatoes were perfect. Gotta get an extra gravy to dip the tolls in. Never trust a skinny food critic. We drove about 45 minutes to come to Maryland's. We called ahead to make sure that they were still open and making orders cook to order. They guy that answered the phone (after about calling 10 times) told us that he's drop it so that it would be coming up as we got there. However upon getting the food, it was cold and you could tell that it was not fresh. I mean we could've chosen any chicken place for that long drive, and yet, they did not meet the standard or hold up their end of the deal. Also, the wings that were in the boxes were extremely tiny.
Always go for their Fried Okra. It is delicious. But their chicken pieces are small. I will be back!!
