The food here is disgusting and the workers behind the counter prepping the pizza were using profanity while customers were in the store. The "Hot And Ready" pizza took much longer than usual to be prepared and I didn't even get a thank you for my patience (along with tolerance of their lack of professionalism). Very poorly run establishment.
The pizza was ready at the exact time the online ordering system showed it would be ready. The pizza portal system was so easy and the kids loved the pizza. You can still get a Little Caesar's pizza for about the same price as a frozen pizza and don't have the time and clean up of cooking the frozen pizza at home.
Fast friendly service. We called in an order for 3 pizzas. They were ready and piping hot. We agree that this isn't the Little Ceasars we were used to. They've upgraded the recipe, it seems! We will be coming back.
Use the online order app, was very easy, recieved a message when ready used the portal pickup, pizza tasted great, loved the Italian cheese bread.
Extramost cheese pizza delicious. While the pizza was great customer service is an issue. I asked for fresh pie. What was that for. I got nothing but attitude and eyes rolled at me. I asked for a receipt and was forced to wait while s couple of other customers got taken care of. Thanks ?
I give u 4 stars for showing customer service but you get 2 stars for the 2 pizzas(a extra mosy bestest pepperoni and classic cheese) i bought and breadstick combo ..I spent almost 19.00 to get pizza over cooked to where the crust is crunchy and breadsticks are over cooked as well ...Come on guys I normally buy from yall you let me down today .... Get it together little caesers
Little Ceaser is awesome. Good pizza for a good price. The staff here are awesome.
Great customer service and good pizza. This was in spite of some customers who kept trying to order things that weren’t on the menu and being really rude to the employees (they were yelling, snickering, rolling their eyes, acting like the woman handling their order didn’t understand English when she clearly did, etc). It was busy, but the folks at Little Caesars handled the situation with grace and we got our order and went home and enjoyed our pizza. Would go back again!
They answered the phone asked me to hold and put the phone on the counter and waited on the in store customer. After they left they never came back to the phone. Over 6 minutes before I finally hung up.
Best thing about the store is the Pizza Portal. No waiting in line
