If I could give a negative 10 I definitely would. This establishment is horrible. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and the line only moved because of the people that were getting out of line. Decided to go inside to be told that they aren't taking any orders inside except online orders. Even though several employees were inside no one could take the orders of 5 customers that walked out. Since they were sooooooo busy I couldn't understand why an employee was able to leave the restaurant and go and pick up her child. She was gone for probably 20 minutes while I was forced to place my order online and wait. She then strolled in with her child that was about 2 and went to the back. Their isn't some type of safety hazard with a kid walking through the kitchen? Whoever owns this restaurant should fire this entire rude staff and start over. They are letting your customers walk out and taking money out of your pocket. They make all types of snide comments because people are coming inside and upset that they can't place an order. This place is totally trash. Drive to the next closest restaurant because you will get your food quicker. Horrible!
Very disappointed for the first time in year's.Mount Dora, FL KFC. Ordered at 11 am.The chicken tasted like day old chicken reheated. Macaroni and cheese tasted the same like mush stuck together.?
Paid $40. for a 16 piece which did not include what is advertised. OMG over cooked and greasy. The grease that pooled on bottom of bucket was black.Called location and she said I was wrong and hung up on me. Called corporate and they make it right. Potatoes, and beans were fine.
Slow, short you food in your order, chicken served under temperature, biscuits under cooked, don't provide spoon or fork with the order. This happens almost every time I visit. Horribly run.
Went to get dinner they were closing at 4:45 to restock we had been without food all day and we were very hungry they offered us what they had left 7small peices of chicken and I mean small cost was 15.00 I never heard of KFC closing to restock!!!!!!Not Happy at all
Very upsetting. Waited almost 30 minutes and when we got home and opened it it was cold, greasy, and mushy. Hot and crispy was out the window. I may never go there again. And if I do I will definitely open it there at the window. But for $25 I would like to think I'm getting what I paid for. No stars from me.

Fast, clean service, but food value declining. Chicken pieces getting smaller and smaller. $18 for 2 little wings, 2 little drumsticks, 2 little thighs, and 2 little breasts. No sides.
First the inconvenience of not taking card it was fine i carry cash , waited 45 mins for and old chicken sandwiches. This place typically give good food. I wasn't happy with my orders at all
I love this location! The food is always great and the girl that's at the drive thru is always so nice. Great job
