After reminding the waitress that my Ceasars salad hadn't come out a couple times. Ended up coming out after our meal was delivered. Our Waitress Was told that it was brought out and actually believe them for a moment when we're sitting there with nothing in front of us. When I finally got to salad the dressing tasted spoiled. I wish they showed concern like saying that I'll make sure the manager checks this out but we never heard that.
The Old Florida Sampler is a must try. It is tasty, crispy and included fried frog legs, cat fish and alligator bites that can be shared for two people. The frog legs will be memorable since they were my favorite thing on the plate. Not only were the frog legs perfectly cooked and succulent, it also had the best breading I have ever had. The gator bites were tender and had some mild spice to them so if you don't like spice then I do not recommend ordering this. The catfish was flaky. The home made tartar sauce wasn't your typical tartar but was an even better version of it. The swamp sauce is a horseradish based sauce. None of the seating has air conditioning, this is an open air restaurant with a bar, an outdoor seating area under a carport type structure and an enclosed screened seating area. This place also has boat parking areas.
Great service, friendly and prompt. Parking lot confusing, but manageable. Ordered Buffalo chicken dip. Needed some more heat to be buffalo in my humble opinion but the homemade pita chops???!!!! They were amazing! Going back to try their home made spinach n artichoke dip with those amazing pita chips!
Went there last night 5/13 and there was 7 of us in the group. We ordered our drinks and food and waited and waited for the food other people came in and ordered received their food. Finally starting getting out food which not all of it came out. So I went up after sitting there for about 20 mins and asked to speak to the manager to complain about not getting all the food. She said the wings didn't made.at the same time as the rest of the orders. Not being nice about it either. Then my husband purchased 2 beers the waitress brought 1 the wrong kind change for 2 .Then when he said something the manager came out and said they we closing soon and he couldnt have the other one. So he asked for his money back. She said you didn't pay for 2 and he said I ordered 2 gave her a 20 and get back change for 2.So became rude yet again. She is very rude to the customers. I can see why. They go through so many waitress. Seems like the last few times we have been there their food and service has not been.good. Orders wrong. We will not be back. Now of us.
Great little place. Food was fresh and service was friendly and fast. Missed the entertainment but the atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely will come back.
My husband and I were looking for a fish fry and came across Gator Bay. Little did we know that it was also karaoke night. We waited at least 10 mins before someone noticed us sitting at a table. The waitress came over with menus and we ordered our drinks. We asked about what type of fish it was. When she came back she asked of we were ready to order and I mentioned about the type of fish, she forgot to ask so she went to find out. It's sway. So we both ordered fish fry and when it came out it was only 1 skinny piece of fish, French fries and coleslaw. We didn't have condiments or silverware to eat with. They brought it over after we asked. We asked for a reorder from the other waitress and she was beyond rude with when she brought it to the table. Just dropped it off and walked away without tartar sauce. There was so much noise from karaoke, because the microphone and music was turned up, it was so loud we couldn't have a conversation without yelling and we were sitting next to each other. I don't see us coming back after the service we received.
Good local place out in the open and laid back. Great menus and the food did not disappoint! Oh and the beer is cold too!!!!

This place is a hidden gem! When we first pulled in all I could see was the sign and some trailers. I thought it seemed like a sketchy place, but once we sat down you could feel the fun vibe! There was live music, which was very entertaining! The food was delicious!! My husband tried the gator po boy and I had the Buffalo chicken salad? We had portobello mushrooms fries to start and they were also very yummy!Definitely recommend this place! We will be back whenever we are down south again!
Slow service but tasty food. Recommend for broad menu and water side seating. Craft beers on draft, take all cards.
