I have been eating at Firehouse subs for quite some time both in Florida and Maine…yesterday I ordered 2 medium subs and a bowl of chill….$22.00, I get 2 subs with old stale bread and a cup of chilli that’s not even half full….?…..is this the best they can do, well if so, then I will add them to my not eating at list which is growing by the week, as the prices go up the food gets worse.
started with every table is dirty then we get to order amd she is sitting there with a baby on her knee and hating the world!!! I informed her that the napkins was empty amd she rolled her eyes and yelled at others to fill it. we will NEVER come back to this one!!!!
Sadly the service has gone down. Went there today for lunch. Should have noticed that most everyone had no food at their table. Several standing waiting for to go orders.Placed order and sat down. Gradually people began to get their food. After 25 minutes Inquired about my order. Was told there was one ahead of me. Canceled my order and took my business to another restaurant that wanted my business. And yes, one of the people standing waiting on their to go order was still waiting.Observations...only a few were working. One person, possibly a "manager" just roamed around while on her cellphone. One employee just sat behind the register nearly the entire time. Another up and leaves in the middle of this.It will be a LONG time before I spend my money at this business. I seriously doubt that is what the founders of the business expected for customer service.
I have come to this location twice to pickup for Uber Eats. First time the lady stated the order couldn't be completed due to meat availability... Okay, not a big deal, but she should have canceled the order on her end to save me a trip. I then went in again today @615pm on April 13. There were three employees behind the counter. One guy and two girls. The girl behind the register had blondish brown hair, she was busy with other customers so not a big deal. The girl making sandwiches had shorter hair and it was dark. I was standing at the pickup counter for 5 minutes and not once did she or the guy speak to me and ask if there was anything I needed. I walk over to the register to wait on that girl to be available. Then the guy asked if he could help. I said , yes, I am here to pickup for UE. He said, its behind you. I then told him, being I haven't picked up here before and being acknowledged could have saved a lot of time. The darker haired girl yelled, I CANT READ YOUR MIND!! YOU SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN UP. Well, ma'am, I wasn't aware the customer needed to acknowledge the employees in order to be acknowledged by them. I then told her she should greet customers... She proceeded to yell, while 5-6 other customers were there, NO, YOU SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN UP!!! I will never order from your store nor will I accept orders from your location. If your employees do not know how to deal with customers, they shouldn't be working with customers.
Typically this place is fantastic. Usually friendly staff who greet everyone when they enter. Food is always good. Unfortunately today no greeting for anyone entering. Cashier was rude, and tried to overcharge for my hook and ladder salad by charging for the meat that already comes with it. Even after pointing it out she actually was not only rude but got an attitude.Not Typical service for this store.
The sandwich and Mac and Cheese Were delicious..l also got a cup of chicken and dumpling soup. It was horrible..l took one bite and spit it out .even my dog wouldn't eat it
I've been to this Location 3 times in the last year. Probably the last.Customer service is Awful.... Food is just ok. Hook n Ladder was cold all 3 times, no spicy mustard. I could go on.. but I won't. I just won't be back. Not worth the Rudeness.
Grilled chicken should be hot or at least warm, wasn't. Toppings should not be hidden, were. Soggy bread had pink glitter on it. I hope i don't get sick.
No ice because employees didn't care. Very slow service. This place need help. Who ever owns it, needs to straighten this place out quick.
9/28/21 11:30am, the food was good as usual. But the cashier had terrible customer service and refuse to answer the phone to take orders. The entire time I was there eating my lunch the phone rang Non-Stop and the employees complained about getting so many calls. Very unprofessional
