I’ve been coming here since this Dunkin’ opened. I loved the original staff they had. The store was clean and the staff was awesome great customer service. The orders were never wrong and the wait was maybe 10 minutes max. Now this place completely gross, they don’t care, you can tell they are just there for a paycheck. The coffee is never made right, if you want more than just sugar and cream you are a joke to them. They have the attitude that this isn’t Starbucks so don’t customize your drink and will laugh in your face when you do. This Dunkin is the worst.
This is literally the slowest Dunkin I’ve been to in my entire life. They take forever. No sense of urgency. None of the employees even seem like they want to be there. I’d rather drive 15 minutes to another Dunkin than deal with this one. Hire people who actually want to work. Show some sense of urgency to get people their coffees. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in line for one coffee.
The Dunkin is usually very busy in the morning, with the average drive-thru time between 8 and 12 minutes if there is a line. They made my drink wrong the last 2 times i went through the line so i decided to go in. Inside isnt normally too bad but i recently went there and waiting 10 minutes before i could place my order but the drink was perfect. The staff is always friendly!
My egg bacon and cheese on a currant was burnt. The next time I went the cursant was ok put the egg and cheese was cold and the bakin was cold. I will not go back there
I've never had a bad experience at any dunkin donuts. power breakfast sandwich discontinued though but i get it.
Most of the workers act like the customers are an inconvenience, my order is wrong more than half the time, and I ALWAYS wait 20+ minutes for my order even if there’s only two cars in front of me. What is going on?
7:43 am and store is closed for walk in, do you know supposed to open at 5 am??? Long long Wait on drive thru
We are there at 8:48 in the morning the line was long there was terrible music on for morning time very inappropriate. Service was terrible this little lady couldn’t handle it by The lady that looked like the bus was very rude
Omg the slowest place ever. Sat in the drive thru line 50 mins. Make sure you have all morning free if you plan to go in the am.
Would gives zero Stars if possible... Screwed up on my daughter's latte order made them iced instead of hot lates like they requested and screwed up on their second order they put in .. raw hash browns and did not put veggie cream cheese on their bagel they used regular... And hardly toasted.... Will never ever go back to this location again they suck to the nines...
