Ridiculously slow. Ordered a large iced coffee got a medium. Told them nevermind about fixing that because they move like sloths
The worst experience I have ever had at a DD. It took forever for them to complete my order to begin with probably because they were too stoned to see their order screen. The only thing about my drink they got right is it was in a cup. That's about it. Ordered 2 BEC wake up wraps. Got one wrap. No cheese and a single quarter strip of bacon. I probably could have scraped the countertop and gotten more than the "sandwich" I was given. It wasn't even worth my time to turn around and explain to them how much they sucked. Not going there again.
The WORST DD EVEEEERRR!! The drinks are always wrong. The cashiers never know what they are doing. This store is ALWAYS out of product!! What are yall doing?? Sat in the drive thru at the pick up window for almost 10 minutes and the drinks still weren't made! I asked for a refund and th lead said she dont have numbers or a key to do the refund, so we had to wait for someone else!! Get it together!!!
Every time I have ordered from this place they never have anything. Whoever is managing needs to be fired immediately. What type of Dunkin donuts doesn't make sure they always have doughnuts? If I could give a third of a star I would
Very disorganized. The right hand didn't know what left hand was doing. They were screwing up orders. No management what so ever. Even the people from the drive thru were coming in with orders screwed up. This one kid Eric was the only one he handled the situation with calm attitude. We waited over 35 minutes for a croissant and bagel. The croissant was hard. Will never catch me there again
DUNKIN CORPORATE PLEASE LISTEN UP!! Can you not put some standards in place to provide any degree of CONSISTENCY in your beverages? Why is it that some days the coffee is delicious and some days it's disgusting? The disgusting days make you scared to go to Dunkin. Please provide your employees with actual recipes and make it easy for them to follow! I have never experienced more inconsistency in coffee quality and taste anywhere else in my entire life!
It takes approximately 15 minutes to get a black coffee.The management has absolutely zero idea how to opera6 this business.Worst Dunkin ive been ti in the country..
I came through drive thru & ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 hash brown, 1 drink and a dozen doughnuts. Both sandwiches were to be exact. No special orders. They took forever, drink wasn't frozen as requested, hash browns were burnt, 2 completely different sandwiches & doughnuts are wrong too. This store is out of control. And it shows everywhere you look. This was my 3rd and FINAL attempt with this store. Baboons could be trained to perform this job better than this crew. Akin to circus clowns this lot! And their hair colors matched. More colors than Baskin Robbins has Flavors! And not 1 as sweet! NEGATIVE 100 STARS!
The worse dunkin donuts. Will never go here again. 2 people working in there pajamas. Drive thru only then had to drive up and wait got order wrong.
Good doughnuts! Long line for drive-thru, but no wait inside. I actually got one dozen doughnuts?, 50 doughnut holes, and 3 bags of coffee for under $40 dollars. Good Deal?
