Dairy Queen is one of the best restaurants that provides an excellent service to all the delivery drivers like me who work for different companies...we never have to wait..our orders are always ready to pick up and go.Excellent Management and staff.
Food is good! Their ice cream on the other hand. It's always melted when I get to the window. Plus they do not make the sundaes to scale on how they are supposed to. If you order a medium sundae, it looks exactly like a small. If you request a topping, they only sprinkle a little on. Not worth it at all. Very disappointing. I had to circle back around and ask for a remake of a sundae. The person helping me gave me such an attitude and I simply told them I do not wish to pay for a melted ice cream dessert. Management must not care for the employees to not care .
I signed up with the Dairy Queen app and we have a brand new one here in Leesburg. Apparently the flyer that came in the mailbox coupons can only be used once. I was told by a male employee recently, that it could be used more than once. I was additionally told by the manager and wife that this was wrong. So I told them to tell their employees that. Gee it was just a cone and then drama. I will drive to the new one in Oxford and it will be a drive but who needs drama. Besides the handicapped parking is blocked in by the one lane backed up drive through. Poor engineering on construction site.
The blizzard was great! The customer service was wonderful too.
The food is good but the owner whom is a foreign individual he is very rude was giving a young man who appeared to been waiting 20 minutes for a burger was giving him a hard time over a bike that was not bothering anyone felt bad for him for being harrassed like that. Never seen a manager so pressed over a bicycle that was not bothering anyone in my life. Will not be returning anytime soon because of this childish tantrum from a store owner.
There was a line around the building. We went inside ordered and had our ice cream within about 10 minutes. Super great people working there, and we spoke to a couple of people and everybody said that they got their things in a timely manner
Good roller coasters. nice animals. Not much for 10 and under. not fluffy friendly at all. needed spring spruce up. All food place up in the park closed. many rides closed. had an encounter booked for weeks they called to cancel no rrason why or call back after left a message to call but u could still reserve it on line! no cooling stations or fans any where. wait lines on a friday were not bad. just not happy with our trip. good pretsels. no waterbottle stations had to buy water. stroller canapy was broke on all stroller so that did NOTHING for protection.
Stopped today 4.23.22 for an ice cream. Drive thru was extremely busy so ?I went in. Service was quick, staff was extremely personable. They did a good job
Ordered food to go, got home and everything was wrong! Went back the next day to speak to the manager, this disrespectful.. arrogant young lady would not even discuss the issue! She stated that since I didn't bring the food with me there was nothing she was going to do. She stood up, turned her back and walked away with an attitude. I truly hope this young lady learns the error of her horrible ways and learns to treat customers with respect and dignity. I highly recommend eating elsewhere as nobody at this Leesburg location knows how to get anything right. Don't believe me? Read all the reviews that state the same thing.
Had to wait 12 minutes, inside, to get 2 blizzards. I looked at the cars in drive thru when I went inside. 2 additional cars were serviced, received their orders, before I got mine. Think drive thru is given priority over inside.Blizzards were delicious as usual.
