my wife ordered a catfish dinner she ordered 3 pieces of fish the dinner provided 2 piece and 3 sides for 15 dollars + .The waiter brought the meal with only 2 and we asked about the third piece of fish and our biscuits that he failed to remember 3 times. we received the extra piece of fish and our biscuits .Great right up until I get a bill for an 9 dollars for 1 piece of extra catfish that was cold. I ask the wait staff and the manager if this was some over sight 9 dollars for an extra piece of catfish? Manager said I just work by the hour you will have to take it up with corporate. in other words I don't care. Besides being disappointed with our meal now we have to deal with a manager who clearly doesn't care about the situation, after making it clear that I wasn't going to pay 9 dollars for 1 extra piece of catfish, he agreed to take it of the bill. Thankfully. I have visited this cracker barrel before with excellent quality service up until now .I will not say names as I don't feel that it's is my place I do feel that Cracker Barrel corporate and or owners should at least look at their menu and get that an extra piece of catfish for a meal that is catfish should not cost 9 dollars. something is not right. who counts the cash box everyday to total up sale s ? First time eating at this location.Food was good. Service was good. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks full.We all had chicken and they were all good. Only minor gripe was from my 15 year old growing son who said the Chicken Pot Pie could have used a little more chicken and a little less gravy.Good value for the price and they gave us plenty of biscuits and corn bread with our meal.The country store has a lot of great food and gift items. If I never need a last minute gift I will probably stop here because they really do have some nice stuff to choose from.All and all a good night out with good food and great service.

It was just okay. I ordered the country fried steak, mac and cheese fried okra. Steak lacked flavor and had gristle. They sent fries instead of mac and cheese. It was corrected, but the mac was runny and lacked flavor. The okra was old.They were under staffed. All in all qualitative difference from my old Cracker Barrel experiences. Probably will not return.
Had a great server named Dawn I believe, super friendly on the short side. She was spot on,we didn't want for anything, refills of drinks were taking care of and our cornbread took a little longer,but she was on it My friend and I were there during the day on a Tuesday and I had Maple Bacon Grilled chicken it was delicious not dry or anything.
It was great service but the same food got messed up or was wrong but they were happy to fix. But also there was 9 of us so I can understand. The girl who take out order was ever sweet and helped alot. There biscuit beignets we're to die for they were so good and I enjoyed them, wish I could get more.
Went for lunch. At first they brought out food I didn't order. When they brought out the right food, the broccoli was mushy, the muffins cold and dry, asked for honey, never got it, and the hash brown casserole had WAY TOO MUCH pepper. Couldn't eat it. The only thing good were the country pork chops, w/o gravy. The gravy is AWFUL. Too much money for what we ate. Won't go back anytime soon
The service was very prompt, in spite of a 20 minute wait for a table. The food was excellent & hot!!! The coffee was very good which always adds a lot to the dining experience!! I was impressed that our server listened to our specific requests & followed through on them! All in all I was quite pleased..
Ordered take out on our way to our FL location. 2 salads. Their salads are usually very good. These were too, except for the bad tomato right on top - at least they didn't try to hide it!Had to take a couple stars of for that.
