The night shift staff are HORRIBLE !!!! There was green stuff and chunks in the sour cream and it was down to the bottom so I asked “lauren” if she could please get a new container of sour cream… She hesitated and walked away with an attitude and a nasty look on her face. When she came back she was making my food very aggressively and even started being sarcastic. I asked for more cheese and she proceeded to put little to no more cheese on my burrito. She wrapped it up so sloppily to the point it wasn’t even closed. When I asked for her name she ignored and just gave me a blank stare… I asked her again and she whispered “Lauren” a Heavy set Caucasian male then asked me why do I need her name and before I could respond he stated they have to try to “conserve” their product. Overall It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! No one was wearing hair nets and they had terrible customer service.

Place wasn't the cleanest mu tray table seat but my server and the food was great.

Leesburg FL ALWAYS MESSES UP OUR ORDER.....THEN THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX THEIR PROBLEMS. PAID FOR DELIVERY, WRONG ORDER EVEN AFTER I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WE HAVE HAD ISSUES BEFORE. THEY WON'T REFUND THE DELIVERY FEE, CAN'T GET THROUGH TO A HUMAN AFTERWARDS. I AM SO OVER THIS!!!!! $70 LATER AND A STEAK BOWL WITH NO STEAK

The food is good but unfortunately the service is horrible. We have had several orders delivered wrong using the Chipotle app. Even with calling the store after placing the order to make sure its right due to this happening several times.

Not sure if I need to leave specific instructions to not be terrible at rolling a burrito or what....basically a bowl but in tin foil. Only reason I still go here is because it's 1 minute from home. I shouldn't have to go in and babysit your crew to make sure I'm not receiving sub par food. Every time I go through the drive my order looks like it was made by a toddler wearing mittens. Unnecessarily Terrible job.

So...I was originally wanting to be a bit more generous towards this place, but for some reason this time I went, whoever crafted my burrito did a poor wrap job, and only two bites in and like it literally unfolded on itself and exploded into this mess of filling in front of me, and I couldn't fold it back myself. (So I had to attempt to eat it through fork and knife)And the rice in it was so crunchy and geez. This just was not it to be honest, and I'm disappointed I spent the money for that

this is the second time we've ordered chipotle later in the evening and gotten the b squad. I left a review on Google 2 months ago with pictures of how poorly our burritos were assembled. once again, we find ourselves in the same position. I don't recommend drive through, go inside and make sure they do it properly. I've even been inside placing and order and watched them tear another person's burrito apart - which happened to be an online order. they didn't even bother to try to grab a different wrap. horrible service. I have pictures.

I went to Chipotle in Leesburg Florida and it must be stated by the b-squad. We picked up an order for 2 burritos. When I opened mine, it wasn't wrapped correctly. Basically turned into and over sized taco. My husband's looked similar. I'm extremely disappointed in our service and the quality.Edit: this burrito was so difficult to eat!

Love Chipotle but not LADY LAKE OMG!!!! GROSS!!!!! the food was so disgusting looking dried out and hardly anything in the trays.The employees definitely showed they did not care. So sad was so looking forward in trying this store since I just moved here.

The staff here in leesburg is very friendly and attentive. The food is great most days... although it does seem like quality control for the meat has dropped since covid. Biggest plus is due to their speed their is rarely a line.
