Awarding 1 Star is an extreme stretch….In today’s society, a good customer base is vital to any business success. Treating you customers with honor, integrity & respect it the fastest way to ensure a return customer!I just witnessed the young lady behind the counter get frustrated with an elderly customer. The customer was having a hard time understanding the employee as she was talking too fast to accurately communicate what she was trying to say. The the employee proceeded to call the customer “grandma” in a demanding tone & manor.Not Cool!I don’t care how good the product is you are selling, being rude & disrespectful to your customers is “Never” acceptable!

Love their food. Tonight we ordered sweet and sour chicken. So good and I have enough for tomorrow..My hubby ordered Broccoli in garlic sauce. It was spicy and he loved it.. We have NEVER been disappointed with their food and always get 2 meals out of one.. Will definitely go back..
Was hung up on three times ordering. When order was picked up they insisted it was all there. Come to find out it was missing a separate order of fried rice. Maybe they should take a little more time to listen to your customer when your communication skills are not so good.
The food is ok, but call or walk-in only to order. They do not monitor their online orders. Have ordered through BeyondMenu & UberEats apps and both times they did not have the order started upon arrival. I suggest notifying BM & UE that you do not wish to participate in their programs.
My chicken fried rice I ordered yesterday: Contained no egg, no onion. Did not taste freshly prepared. Chicken was added AFTER the rice was fried and cold white boiled consistency chunks and had not been freshly diced raw and cooked into the fried rice. I'll never go back again. This is not what one pays for and is too many short cuts.
Chinese food. Not great. Not bad. Just filling. Prices are a bit steep though. Service is very fast, but like almost all Chinese restaurants, the people taking the order are very loud and abrupt. but if you talk nice to them they do stop and smile.
We usually have the same take out and are pleased with the results. Service is quick and friendly & during covid lock down they adhered to all the rules.
Food is good love getting takeout from here
