First time I visit this location for checkers and the last time. Pull up to the drive-through and placed our order after waiting in line about 7 to 8 minutes. As we waited we observed the car in front of us receiving food after about a minute they pass the food back and I thought oh they have the wrong food. Then the way the cashier gave them different bags. We pulled up and at the cashier gave me the food that the previous customer had gone through, how filthy is that I advise the cashier that it was unacceptable that I would not except that food . The cook came to the window said she would make us fresh food, apologize for the situation. Against my better judgment I allow them the opportunity to make it right mistake number two. Chicken nuggets were hard as a rock they appeared like cook dog food. Impossible to reach them phone.
Just read "T"s review and I agree 100% which sux cause you wanna support these burger joints but yep just like sonic cold food. When I pulled up no one at drive thru window just one car in line at the speaker. They took forever to take a 3 person order then once they pulled up I was told to "check out the menu" while I waited. :( And yeah I waited. Finally get to the window...they had one job. 2 for 4 dollars??? I ordered 2 hamburgers and a sweet potato fry. I only got 1 burger and the cold fries. Had to ask for the rest of my order. The only good checkers I've ever been to is in the Tampa Bay area. Rest of em seem to suc Cold burger and cold fries. I won't be back.
There just before midnight only a few cars in line, friendly staff and didn't wait too long, food was hot and delicious.
This place is a joke. Kalli or Tamara I don’t know which but they couldn’t get our order right for nothing. We told her our drinks like 4/5 times and she still got them wrong. The sprite taste like carbonated water and the tea, we told her unsweetened 3 times and still got sweetened. Everything was cold. Don’t go here if you want good service. We had 2 people in front of us and it took about 20 minutes from the first car to move. What an unpleasant experience!!
Customer service is not the best at this location. They would not let us order through the walk up window made us go through the drive-through. We wanted to do three separate orders she said she can only do two separate orders and made us go through the drive-through one more time for the third order. I am Not satisfied customer???I will not be going back to this location
Not bad food but the service sucks every single time no matter what part of the day you go. The order is never correct & you should just plan to be prepared to eat here by having leftover napkins from a previously visited fast food restaurant in your vehicle because they don't understand the concept of putting a few napkins in their customers bags.
Was there last Tuesday and ordered the two Big Buford combo special. Burgers were cold, fries fresh. We were hungry and ate in parking lot. The meal for two was $11.77 total, a good deal...but that night found out that we got charged for another meal for almost $17...it was taken out of our bank account without our consent. We called the bank to get it resolved, but who knows what will happen. Hate getting ripped off!We have the receipt for the $11.77 but only found out about the second charge after checking bank statement.You just lost two long time customersI was told to go to the Checkers website for a follow up. I did. Have heard nothing in response
Having to be a truck driver. I stopped by this place to get a nice warm meal because the parking lots big enough to park in. Instead, I got looked at by two workers who never came to the outdoor window once. They just pretend like I wasn't even their until I left. So this place needs work on its management and how they treat customers.

Love their burgers and their drinks not to mention their selection of ribs and sauces have enjoyed checkers for many years now as one of my favorite places for dinner or lunch
