Ate this location a few times now staff were friendly and kind food was fresh and hot the mgr was making sure that everyone was being taken care of I'd definitely recommend this location ?
Staff were so pleasant and friendly! The food was great as always but I just couldn't get over how nice all the staff were. A refreshing experience these days
The staff is always very friendly and usually polite. That being said...... Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Guaranteed you'll be in the drive thru for 20mins or more. But the trick is go to the inside lobby, in an out very quickly. They do lock the doors from time to time when understaffed. Foods not too bad just a slow drive thru.
Was walking to the restaurant and an employee saw us coming and quickly locked the door. Had to do drive thru and the order was messed up. Cold half cooked fries, bread for the chicken salad sandwich was burnt. French dip didn't include the dipping sauce. Mozzarella sticks were over cooked to exploding the cheese. Just a bad experience all the way.

We just moved to the area. Although we don’t usually eat much fast food it’s been a necessity with all the chaos in our new home. We tried Steak and Shake and Wendy’s and both were sub-par to say the least. So I have been pleasantly surprised at the food and service at Arby’s, great job! WTG Rebecca who has taken my order several times. She is very pleasant as well as being highly competent. She’s a shining star for this restaurant and deserves a raise along with a big pat on the back.
I watch my husband eat fast food. It's not for me though. Too many ingredients that are harmful to my heart.
Quick friendly service. Our meal was served just as ordered the food was fresh and hot. The dining room was clean and pleasant. I rated this visit a 5 because this restaurant on this day had a staff that did a very nice job of managing a busy counter and offering a comfortable environment for a nice dine in experience. These days that really is something you can appreciate.
Delicious, fresh, and fast. Went here last week with my son. The dining area was clean and the service was friendly.
Great location. Cashier appeared to be new, had trouble with taking several orders. Ours came out hot and fresh. Fries were salted to perfection.Only one issue--unfortunately it was a big one! The store's handicap parking is in front of the restaurant. Somebody locked the handicap access door, forcing us to traipse all around to the side of the building to get in. To make matters worse, we ignored the parking located closer to the entrance, in favor of using the handicap space. This is an issue for mobility impaired guests, like my wife.
