the workers there have a very disgusting attitude and it makes you not want their service. I got the lunch special with no vegetables and usually they replace it with extra rice but they didn’t and not to mention she put little to no gravy on my rice and yet they raise the prices but not the portioning. very dissatisfied with this location i guess donnas deserves my money
Service is terrible when T is not there. Staff behave incompetent and rude. I'm usually very generous with tipping as I understand this is a stressful job that does not pay well but you are selling food and service. Get my dam order right with a good attitude or go home and enjoy unemployment. Can never support jamaican people because they lack people skills. Go somewhere else! They keep raising prices and portions are less. Terrible!!!! No stars should be an option.
Saturday April 30, 2022 7:30am. This restaurant is lacking customer service. The women I had the interaction with should not be working there. I asked what's on the menu? The intercom was extremely low and I hardly heard her. I proceeded to order just a small porridge. The lady who took the payment was extremely nice and professional. I gave her my card and then asked her what's on the menu again. The lady behind her started complaining why am I asking what's on the menu again and she already told me and what's my problem. I said, I had a hard time hearing hence the reason why I'm asking again. The lady at the register turned around and told her that I can hear her. She proceeded to be unprofessional with no care. I said why are you angry so early in the morning? I'm not begging for food I'm paying. You shouldn't have a problem with someone asking a question. She had such a nasty attitude. The lady kept apologizing for her behavior.

This place is full of something went there purchase my food left my wallet I called them they proceeded to describe the wallet to me and the IDs that was in the wallet. So I go to try to get the wallet the following day and now they can’t find my wallet I don’t understand how a company to work like that can’t even tell me what happen to it all their camera are good for nothing . Then had an attitude when I called and ask if someone could tell me what happen disgusting and make it worst my food is was below average
I was craving Jamaican cooking for awhile some yam, dumpling, green bananas ackee n red herring/saltfish etc but it was dinner time so I got oxtail, rice n peas with steam veg on the side OMG I felt like I was home DUTCH POT didn't disappoint at all.
Beware! The most unprofessional people there. Not to mention they don't wash their hands in between handling money n preparing orders. Not even gonna mention they are always out of food. How you gonna close at 11pm but by 730 u out of food (several items on the menu). They had a nerve to tell me the plaintains are mushy when I asked if they had some. Someone please retrain the staff and go back to the basics of proper handwriting mixed with customer service. Guess I'll stick with golden krust.

This is the worse food I ever had it is salty and sweet with sugar in my whole life I never know that sugar goes into food. I know sugar goes into porridge tea and drink this is not good for Humans. Get rid of that chef
Love the food. Great staff. Just to always a positive overall experience when I come here.
