Amber in the drive was truly what you call luxury service, I go to Starbucks all the time and I never had a Starbucks employee actually help and give me recommendations and options due to recent life changes. I truly appreciate that and I normally don’t leave reviews but this employee right here is truly what all Starbucks employees need get trained by .
I went to this Starbucks and “Michael” made me the best drink ever. From the start to the end he made me feel very welcomed and was very energetic and excited to serve!
For some reason the service was extra slow this morning and the milk was spoil
I frequently visit this Starbucks and I have to say the service here has gotten a lot better! When I worked near by I would drive all the way to their spring tree location because I hated coming here. However it’s been a while so I started coming back and it’s been great ever since. The lines at the drive thru are always forever long but they work really fast and try to get you through in a hurry and they don’t mess up my order which is great. Sometimes they’re really busy so they don’t have time to chat and be extra friendly but it’s because they’re working their butts off inside and I rather that then them take forever because they want to know how my day is going. I don’t know that’s just my opinion but yours maybe different. The other thing I noticed is prices did go up significantly but with the pandemic that’s not shocking because everything went up significantly!!! This time I got their iced chai tea latte with coconut milk, it was delicious! But mostly everything I get here is always delicious and they always get it right 100% of the time.
Vanilla bean Frappuccino is my favorite. I love coffee. I try to go to Starbucks every week. The staff are always friendly and eager to serve. They make great suggestions but since I'm a regular they know exactly what I always order. "coffee for life!"
Throughly impressed with the service here! This is one of the best functioning Starbucks I have ever stepped foot into. All the employees were VERY friendly. I had a larger order, and was in and out in less than five minutes. They also kept the drive through line moving. Highly impressed! Keep up the great work!
Perfect for a quick breakfast. Ordered through the app and went in to get my order but my sandwich was ready but still had to wait another 7 to 10 mins for coffee. Why?
A very quick but they need to learn how to repeat the order to the customer before they pay so that way they know who would your customer their dealing with
The coffee was fresh & hot. The tables needed wiping, but I wiped myself. The young gentleman wanted to wipe them for me but I kindly denied his assistance. I wondered why he wouldn't wipe them prior to me moving.
Hello : )My first time walking into a Stizzle Bizzle since C-19 started and I was very impressed how well the coffee shop was operating. Everyone from the wonderful employee on the register to the friendly and punctual baristas seemed to be having a good day and their work performance showed it. My friend and I ordered our drinks and they were fantastic. A chai latte for me and P Diddy had a specialty drink I can't remember that much about it, but he said it was good and he's sometimes difficult to please. I chose to wear my mask while inside and the ENTIRE staff did as well. There were alot of coffees and mugs and gifts for sale off to the side as well. I almost bought a gift card, but decided not to. The men's bathroom was clean and smelled like caffeinated flowers. All in all I had a good experience and hope to visit sometime again. 5 ☆'s
