The food was not very good. The burgers and chicken sandwiches look nothing like their pictures on the menu. The chicken barely had any chicken in it…mostly breading. The tots were okay. Soda didn’t taste right. Won’t be coming back here again.
Ordered @10:13pm & left @10:43 with nothing. I ordered mozzarella sticks & a slushie. when I arrived, I checked in. Screen acknowledged that we checked in, after 15 minutes of waiting it said that you order was on the way & named an employee.15 more mins. went by. 30 MINS? I went & knocked on the door, asked for my $ back. The manager came out & one of the things he said was that the machine doesn't work after 9:00. Obviously a lie. He tried to make it seem like it's something I did. Smh, he told me to get a refund, I had to call the Sonics 800#. Waste of my precious time. I still had to find something to eat & waste my gas, and wait for a refund to go back to my card. What if that was the only $ I had to eat? Smh people don't want to do their job. When I look in there people was eating. I mean Ridiculous. I'm going to stop eating junk food!
I haven't eaten at this establishment in quite a while. So I was looking forward to stopping by since I was in the area.The best thing about this experience was the fast delivery of our food and the slushies. When the food arrived it was lukewarm and not cooked properly. I always order the toasted burger or the toasted chicken sandwich. Upon opening my toasted burger sandwich, the bread just appeared to be white bread that had butter soaked into it. When I called back in to advise that my sandwich was not cooked properly, the young man was very polite and advised it would be remade. We then received a call back from the manager asking what the issue was with the order. We explained the issue and was advised that the toaster was broken. Since he was having troubles hearing us we asked for him to come out to the car to speak with us. When he arrived to the car, he advised the toaster is broken and offered another sandwich. I asked why this information is not provided to the customer during the ordering process. I was advised "Everyone just eats the sandwich. You're the only one to complain." I proceeded to just request a refund. Customer service goes a long way. Understand that you customers are spending their money, and a simple sentence (Our toaster isn't working properly right now. Would you still like to order that?) can go a long way. We spent close to $30.00 on food that was mostly thrown away. #lostcustomer
First negative experience, but it wasn't horrible. Ordered two corn dogs and two chicago style hot dogs. The corn dogs were exactly what I expected, tasty and warm (hot would work too but I usually burn my mouth). I was disappointed when both of my chicago style hot dogs were cold. Yes, I know the toppings are cold, but the "dogs" felt like they were sitting in room temperature water all day.
EVERYTHING tastes like it has powdered sugar on it. So gross to bite into a sweet hamburger and fries. Too far away to take it back, but will never go there again. It was very strange!!!
I've never ordered from sonic before and I wanted to try. Food is good, slushe was good too. The woman who took my order was extremely rude, however.Apparently the way I ordered my food inconvenienced her (again, my first time - I have no idea what's included in a meal as I wanted a slushe and food upgrades/separate sizing is usually separate) and that prompted her to respond rudely, basically yelling at me telling me "how to order." I then told her it was my first time and she immediately flipped the switch and was nice to me. I won't take this experience and run with it, hopefully she was having a bad day as I do really like the food.
Service was HORRIBLE! The manager was very rude and out of 4 orders she got 1 correct...greedy wirh the sauces, as if it was being taken out of her paycheck...that was the least of the issue. It was just the condescending tone & absolute rudeness & rush to get us out of there. I felt bad for the girl who brought the food out because you can tell she was being treated very badly. If my daughter was the person working there, the manager (or whomever) was that lady on the intercom would in fact get a piece of my mind and my fist...YOUR IN THE WRONG BUSINESS LADY...
This place is the worst. I waited at the window for like 15 min while the person who took my order kept going outside to take other orders and had the nerve to come back in and ask " did you get your food yet". Like seriously what are we doing It's fast food??? and to top it off the meals were horrible...Sonic is NOT a place for food. Should of known when I saw barely anyone there.

First time I have visited this place. I went In side to pick up an order and the employee was helpful and friendly. I didnt have to wait which i really appreciate. The inside was clean.
