Worst Popeye in the USA. They keep raising there prices but don't have good service at all you would think with those prices they have good service bit nope they get orders wrong all the time charge you extra on items that u wouldn't think they would like a biscuit but they do and if they get your order wrong and you DRIVE BACK which gas as high as it is they will not give you a refund and your order it's one or the other. One day someone is going to treat them like they treat us
I asked for the special deal and they said no, so I ordered something different and I don't know but it is not the same. For the price that I paid sorry going down the business. And they were my favorite one. No more
Lately when I come something is always missing... but the main thing is my peppers. I order peppers for the juice. Why are they dry??? If I get them??? Chicken dry and small! For the price you guys should do better!
Didn’t want to give me any dipping sauce for my 24 pieces of chicken nuggets it’s crazy how they can calculate how many sauces you are able to get for the nuggets other then that they alright
Today I went to get a sandwich meal and everything was correct until I didn't get my Mac and cheese. Upon me going back inside for my forgotten side they were prompt about getting me my missing item. I live about 5 minutes from there so by the time I got home and opened my mac and cheese there was a in it. I only go to Popeyes to get there wonderful mac and cheese and now it's mac and flys.
I ordered a 6 pc tenders meal with 2 sides please the pics my sides were in a tiny cup with ONE scoop of mac and red beans and rice literally ONE SCOOP! This place is a complete mess now! And the manager a big dark lady with a Jamaican accent is very rude she had a attitude with me because they had my order wrong ? big joke!
Long lines. The coleslaw as slimy. It had long lines of slim in it. The chicken was small. They gave no napkins in my bag. I was in the drive thru...smhOn a good note, the rice n beans was great.
Ordered the 14 piece family combo spicy tenders with fries biscuits and mashed potatoes on April 8th, 2022 around 6pm to 7pm. My 3 year old son only wanted the french fries, so that’s what he ate. However, my husband and I ate a few of the tenders and some fries, putting the rest away to be stored in the fridge for the next day. The next morning, for me, I woke up at 1 AM (April 9th, 2022) with uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea. I was so weak and exhausted from it all I was shaking. I felt like I couldn’t catch a break. Then the next day (April 9th, 2022), my husband had a severe headache with chills but no fever. He decided to just go use the restroom and upon arrival into the bathroom threshold he began vomiting uncontrollably. Along with diarrhea and nausea. My three year old son is fine because I’m guessing he did not have any of the tenders. Horrible, we will not spend another dime at Popeyes again.
Service was so so but food was awesome. Best Popeyes I can say with confidence. Food here is always fresh and crispy. Steaming hot.
The service was pretty fast but the place was pretty dirty there was food all over the floor it was really chaotic because they're so busy but if I was a manager my main concern would be keeping the place especially with the food is presentable they are extremely business but they need to find time to clean
