Check your cameras around 11:00pm and listen to the rude employee raising her voice at me very disrespectful, I came in to pick up and order and I was told to come in to the store from the side door which I did and I picked up the order the guy was nice and gave me everything needed for the order but when I tried to walk out all the doors were locked and no one escorted me I opened the side door from where I came and the lady started yelling at me while walking towards me by the door. There was no need for aggression, if I did make a mistake let me know instead of being aggressive in this case I should have been escorted after pick up. Or let the customer know you locked the door and to wait a moment.Thank you
The lady that toke my order was very nice and welcoming, which surprised me a bit because lately a lot of places seem to act like they don't want my money, or more like I'm asking them for free food. I had a grill chicken ? salad ? with balsamic vinegar dressing. I enjoyed it very much.
Grabbed a bite to eat here today. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. My food was good.
Came here around 12:50 pm there was a very short Hispanic dude he couldn’t really speak English who was taking my order. I said Hello he ignored me I said hello once again he still ignored me once again. So I kindly told him I wanted the gyro pita it seemed like he didn’t know what that was. I said I want the gyro pita I even pointed at the picture that was on there. He was like the chicken pita at this point I was hungry and irritated I was like yeah whatever. This is what really made me upset I gave him the cash in his hand he put the change on the counter. That’s very disrespectful and you guys need to train your employees.
The food was so nasty omg. Not to mention the grilled wing platter is now 16.99 and the wings are the size of chicken nuggets and not fully cooked! Chicken Philly you might as well just drink water instead this place is disgusting!!! I asked for no onions I get home boom onions and I’m allergic! Smh this place has really taken to nose dive to the dump! Never again.
Listen they went up on the chicken platter $16.99 but giving ppl these baby chicken. Come on if you're going to go up on your prices at least give ppl their money worth ? I don't know what happened my last visit was good
Stepped inside today for an early lunch. Interior was dated but true to their Miami-vice roots.Ordered the #2 Meal Deal (Original Cheesesteak Full Sub) and it was very good.Employee at the counter was professional and friendly, will definitely sit down here for lunch again.
At drive through I asked for, " a large Italian sub". They kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. They then proudly announced, " I must want an Italian Philly!" When I got to window, they gave me a cheese steak sandwich with fried cheese sticks on top. I was tired and hungry, so I took the order. 1. How you be a Sub place and not know what an Italian sub is? 2. I really didn't like the nasty attitude of the server when I said, "this is not what I wanted". 3. HOW CAN A SUB SHOP NOT KNOW WHAT A ITALIAN SUB IS!!!
I ordered a 10 piece crispy wing platter approximately a hour and half ago. I requested to add a large fry to the platter to which I was met with a rude direct “No”. No problem, when I get to the window she tells me crispy wing platter $19.09. I give her my debit card thinking that sounds like a lot. When she gives me the receipt I explain that I was told no I could not add the large fry so why charge and not inform me? I asked them to remove the fry and refund the difference. I was met with an attitude and unwillingness to do so. She passed the card to another team member who preceded to charge my card again which was declined by financial institution. Suspicious activity I’m sure. I immediately felt uneasy about the length of time the refund was taking so I requested my card be returned. I intended on returning in the morning to sort it out. As soon as I told the employee to return my card this was taking too long and I didn’t feel comfortable with her having the card she sharply replied “first of all, it doesn’t even look like you have any money on your card to be worried about”. After I demanded my card back she gave the card back and told me “fuck you, bitch” and closed the drive through window. No refund, no coke and zero professional.
The food was great and the staff was very kind and friendly. It's nice to feel like you're friends with me people you've never met. Keep up the good work!
