Today experienced the most unprofessional unpleasant customer service from manager named Ashley. Had employees walking around on their phones conversing with each other instead of working. Waited patiently for order and was told to cancel because Ashley didn’t receive the answer she was seeking when she tried to explain the order process of waiting 3 minutes when I had already waited about 10 minutes for food. She then respond by telling me to cancel. I asked Ashley her name and store corporate number she did provide her name but refused to give me the store number. If these are the type of managers that are training the store staff. It’s not a surprise this is the type of customer service one will experience with long wait times. Next time I’ll order from McDonald’s at a different location beside 5510 W. Oakland Park BLVD. I wish I give 0 stars.

Dual lanes that moved eventually. Courtesy among customers was appreciated. Pay @ first window/correct order @ second window=a win win .
Never had a problem with my food until last night. My son's burger was raw in the inside and I've been throwing up since last night so I'm pretty sure mine wasn't done all the way either I will never eat from McDonald's again.
Food was nice and hot. Only neg is using the kiosk...after making my order it wouldn't take my payment and I had to wait in a long line to pay.
Just coming from there. Worst set at the drive thru ifKmdt. Wrong order for the happy meal applle slice instead of the kud extra fries.. And my large fries was more like a small fries in a big bag.. Kmdt.. If they dont want the work stay home then..kmdt
It was ok overall ; the only thing I hate is that it's Bums standing in the drive thru line by your car asking for money
everything you could dream of i went there for a wedding and i felt as if i was in a fairy tale Disney movie the hole idea of being in such a setting is just magical the entire place came to life and the night time decoration with the firefly lights omg amazing if you ever decide on keeping any type of formal event or just something nice and different for a change this is the place to be scenery after scenery like i said magical .
I was missing one french fry and they did not put on our two sodas. Fortunately at the pickup the sodas were replaced. But I didn't realize one fry was missing until we got home. My advice is check the order carefully before you drive away with it.
This place is the worst, You need to check your order before you leave. Last two times they left stuff outOf my order. You can pre-order from app and still end up waiting 15 mins for your order and it still be wrong. The staff is rude and to busy behind the counter on their phone or holding personal conversations amongst their coworkers. This place is a hazards, will not go to this location anymore ?
