The rep passing out the fun was very rude. She said "move" not it'll be a few minutes, please pull up. Sandwich look like it was thrown in the bag and the person who brought the order out couldn't wait to get back inside.
I arrived at 6:47 and did not get food until 7:08. They refused to take your order on the microphone and asked you to move to the first window and order. No management could be there and this happen. Nothing was offered for the wait the food should be free because this was not customer service my ticket was 16. That is out of order.
My experience with that particular McDonald's was not as "fast" as the name says. Honestly, I wanted to get out of the lane, but I was already locked in unfortunately, very slow. the experience was not to my liking to be honest with you yes that organization is busy that particular branch is very busy but i did not like the way and they messed up my order because a vehicle ahead of us left the line and I ended up getting someone's random ordered. "Yay" ?
Reason I've given them 4 rather than 5 stars is that they're not very efficient. Open up that 2nd lane and move customers with special orders out of the line once they've paid! Please open up the lobby.
Very clean inside and out. I don't recommend going when school is getting out but over all one of the better McDonald's in the area.
Even though drive-through was extremely busy, the staff made sure it ran efficiently. The cashier as well as the employee that handed us our order were extremely polite impatient.
JUST KEEP DRIVING..... this place is horrible. They need a new manager! There no way someone like should be a lead with human beings... she needs to work with cattle!!!! Just a ghetto establishment... I waited an hour for my order the manager is one ignorant miserable person... She can’t speak to people in a rational manner. She act/think like she still in prison after 15 years. I had to call the police just to get my order cause she refuse to serve me my order after I complained about her service and waited over a hour. It’s sad to say I hate to deal with black establishments because this is the service u always expect to receive. This place needs to be closed permanently! Not one of these employees in this establishment will achieve anything further as career potential base on the attitudes that works there. Just straight garbage. And if I didn’t have anything to loose I would of dragged that ignorant dog. Beware stay away and after all that the food was cold and nasty and I had to throw it in the trash!
The sign on the door said they closed at 10, but when we got there at 9:45pm the door was locked and drive thru had so many cars slowly moving. I did not get the sauce i ordered, they had prepared my sundae before i got to the window so it was like milk instead of ice cream. They dumped the 2 servings of fries in the bag in one heap. A lady walked up to the window because they had left the coke out of her order. It was a mess!!! I gave 2 stars because the lady in the blue shirt kept apologizing to us while the other 2 ladies looked like they were ready for bed.
Their restaurant is close at 6 something pm on a Saturday. They are working inside. Their drive through is open and a lady was cleaning the bathrooms. I asked for my 4y/o to use the bathroom since had to pee bad and they denied me access. Horrible place, horrible people. I would give them no stars if I could. ?
This is not a suggested place to visit the management has a bad attitude, and lacks customer service. He really needs some training on people skills
