The staff here were all very friendly and very attentive. At no point did I feel like I was being ignored or was unwelcome. The food options were very reasonably priced and surprisingly very flavorful for the simplicity of what the foods were. The restaurant was clean and well-kept and the ambience was very festive. They bring a fresh assortment of sauces to the table once you order your meal so you can try different sauces with your food. The foods were very fresh and I kept wanting to eat more of it. Their portions are deceptively large so make sure you order with caution. Don’t waste food!
This is not my first time ordering from this location, so I have a good idea of what their food taste like. So far I had no complains until today. I ordered two hamburgers to be pick up. French fries taste like they were fried yesterday. The hamburger bread was hard like a rock, not sauce inside the hamburger, very dry. If it was me inside the Restaurant I will definitely return the food.

The food so delicious y recommend it to everybody
I don’t know why this place forces a charges of 18% tip on only 3 adults. I can understand on multiple customers over 6 but 3. It is not the money, but them forcing you pay what we should pay base how they treat you with service. I wonder if it’s legal for this people to do this.
The food was very flavourful and didn't take long to come out. The service was really nice and the place was kept clean. The sauces that came with were also really good. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch or casual dinner.
Ordered food via DoorDash a few times even with it having to be made picked up and brought to me it was still good decided to come in a try the dine in experience. Worst decision ever. I dont know if it’s because im not Latin but the service sucked food had to be sent back. Wont come in again

Terrible experience. They served me food that I have an allergy to. I didn't know it was in the food until I started eating it. I brought it to the attention of the person behind the counter and she just asked if I want another one. I told her, no, I already ate the food and will get very sick because of that. She just smiled and shrugged her shoulders and walked away. What a shame that the terrible service will keep us from ever returning here. The food was great, according to the rest of our party, but you cannot treat your clientele like that...it got worse! They still charged me for the food that I was allergic to and didn't eat..EDIT: In response to the response on my post. The ingredients list is very small on the digital menu. And the location of the toppings for the burgers is below the burgers. Also, when the orders were placed, she asked me if I wanted every other item on the burger (listing everything), except for the bacon, which I did not realize came on every burger (something that is not very common). At the end of the day though, I brought it to your employee's attention that I had consumed a food I'm allergic to and will become sick afterward (I had taken 3 bites of my burger and not eaten a single fry). Her response was to shrug and walk away. She then removed my plate later when clearing the table having seen that I hadn't eaten anything else after this exchange. When it came time to pay the bill, I saw that I was still charged for the burger. I asked her to remove it from the bill since it was not eaten except for 3 bites. She told me no. If I would have known that I would be charged full price for my burger, I would have asked for a box so someone else in my party could have taken the burger home and enjoyed it later. The reason for my 1 star review is solely because of the awful service and handling of the situation.
