Food was fresh and great for the value. Front cashier was unbelievably helpful.

Horrible service the guy in charge with the grey hair and big nose yelled at the staff in front of me and also was extremely disrespectful to me when I picked up my online order which was already paid for stingy with the sauces
Long line. These kids have zero desire to be working. Long line. Order was supposed to be done 30 mims ago. Airpods on, no gloves, body language can tell that they have zero desire to help. Will def not come back. Place was super full and backed up.
Mobile order wasn't ready upon pickup time, pizza was very dry and not well made
Terrible place. The teenagers in the back just run all over the manger. It took a whole HOUR to get my food and I ordered on the app. And after that hour they pulled my food out of a warm food storage and said “it’s been ready sorry”. This is the worst location ever. Also if you are afraid of getting mugged or shot don’t come here at night.
The WORST customer service ever!!!!! I placed an order online, expecting the order to be ready when I arrived. I arrived between the ready time window and I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. The order taker told me they were out of chicken wings, I asked for a refund and her and the manager both told me they do not know how to do online order refund and to take a order of crazy bread or soda as a substitution, which does not add up to the same total as crazy wings. Lauderhill location, off 441!!!!!!
Terrible, how do I have to wait 15 minutes to be served items the exact same items as several people behind me and the walk out as soon as they order
The pizza cheese looked kindof green and I ate 1.5 slices and i feel sick. It was cold and old tasting even after I used the microwave. I think the pizza is old.The cashier was ok to me. Shouldn't we be able to get a refund??
I made a order online and watch this man give my pizza away. Never again will I come here.
