I’ve eaten at this place 3 times and twice was fantastic but one time had me thinking I ordered from the wrong place it was so terrible. The reason for 2 stars is the woman that answers the phone.. she’s rude, talks more than listens and needs customer service training. I understand that place can get busy and customers can be rude but you couldn’t take it out in order customers.I called to remind that last time my order was missing my crispy noodles (it’s just .60 but still) and the delivery kid told me to just remind when I order again and they will give it to me. When she answered I said just that and she started screaming I never ordered noodles(I did), I had another problem another problem not that( I did but that was my mistake ordering rib tips not spare ribs.. still ate it), that was over a month ago(it wasn’t.. order date 5/3/22 and it was 5/31/22) I see your whole order and I know. Hire do you expect us to remember that. I told her she was wrong and when she realized she said I’ll do it this one time but not again.. like it’s my fault ? I said I also want the sugar on the side on my donuts (which I did put in the special notes) and she said I know, I can read and I always read the notes.. which she didn’t and I didn’t get it my way. A 10 second conversation ended taking15 minutes since I barely had her attention on the phone. Then adding insult to injury instead of just charging me $52 she accidentally charged me $520. The woman is rude and I don’t think I’ll be eating there again because of her.
I ordered a quart of house fried rice and when I got the rice it had about eight pieces of meat in it the rest of it was rice it was terrible and I asked them to bring me another one and I would give them back the old one and they wouldn't so whatever you do don't order house fried rice because you won't get no meat in it I've ordered from these people a long time and I couldn't believe they wouldn't bring me some more rice and I tip them good I will never order from them again ever Happy Walk is terrible and not nice
I ordered a normal order and waited and hour. Didn’t want to call and bug them then they called me and said I had placed a carry out order and asked when I would be there, when I had specified on the phone delivery. They bring my food and demand a larger tip after their own mistake. I had given a considerable tip to the driver that called me and asked for a larger one. I gave him $5 more and explained the situation and all he said was it wasn’t his fault.
I'm writing this review to let others know:They have no name brand 2 liter sodas. I got walmart brand Soda for 3.19. 2nd time this has happened. I called this time to verify 7-up was being delivered. It wasn't. I got "Twist Up" instead.Their pint of soup comes in the small sryrofoam containers that honey garlic or sweet & sour sauce comes in. Not a pint at all!Also, the dinner meals are now served in the small lunch containers.Not ordering again.
^update^ They made it right.The food is good, but the service lately is terrible. Just got my dinner order with missing item. Not the first time. They also lost an online order if you can believe it. wasted my whole lunch waiting. Won't be ordering from them again.
First time here, food was good I ordered the lunch special boneless spare ribs combo. Was good no complaints satisfied.
Good food but terrible service. I got a single pack of duck sauce for 4 egg rolls and my stuff showed up smashed and late? No one on the phone could care. (Edit) soggy greasy egg rolls. Definitely frozen or just bad
I've been coming here for years and the service has always been great. The food is always fresh and hot and good, it literally makes me hungry just thinking about it. It's an awesome family owned business.
I ordered 1 small hot and sour soup shrimp lo main and chicken wings....I got home to eat my food...soup taste like spicy water chicken wing taste like the wings were warmed up and lo mein had 3 shrimp...I called back to tell how the food taste....their response was cause I came 20 min late that's why the soup tasted watery...like really? The lo mein had more noodles and onions was soon bland....like why? And than your mad cause I call you back to tell you...the food us nasty....oh I will tell the cook ok bye...and hang up... if you had a bad day say that and if your cook is angry maybe he should stay home too!
I just order my food from them at 11:50am i took them to 1:08pm to deliver my food. Then i call and tell the lady u answers that the guy messed up order i do eat onion on my rice. She says sorry can u eat it this time Wow! Bad for business i order here twice a week first time having this problem my rice wasnt even fresh this time
